We liked the location only.

The rooms were smelly and dirty, dustbin not emptied from previous guest’s stay, food was stale breakfast was awful, bathrooms stink, spit marks on the walls in the bathroom, linens were dirty. The staff behaviour is average during the day, the night staff plays television and mobile on loud noise at night. There’s continuous noise by staff and other guests partying till early morning.

Literally there is nothing to like!

I am completely perplexed by the 8.3 rating that FabHotel Shree Ram Palace has received. This rating is undoubtedly fake because my stay here was an absolute disaster. Let me detail the many issues I encountered during my unfortunate stay:1. Dirty Bed Sheets and Uncomfortable Bed: Upon arrival, I was shocked to find the bed sheets filthy and stained. It was as if they hadn't been changed in weeks. The bed itself was horribly uncomfortable, with a sagging mattress and creaky frame. Sleeping here felt more like a punishment than a rest. I’ve attached images to show the disgraceful state of the bedding.2. No Restaurant and Poor Breakfast Service: One of the major disappointments was discovering that there is no restaurant on-site. Breakfast is served in the room, which might sound convenient, but the quality of the food was abysmal. Cold, tasteless, and unappetizing – it was clear that no effort was put into the meal service.3. Filthy and Smelly Environment: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was horrendous. The hallways, rooms, and common areas were all dirty, and the unpleasant smell permeated the entire establishment. It was clear that hygiene is not a priority here.4. Fake Ratings and Misleading Information: Given my experience, I am convinced that the high rating of this hotel is entirely fabricated. There is no way a genuinely rated hotel with these issues could score so highly. It’s misleading and unfair to potential guests who trust these ratings.In conclusion, my advice is to avoid FabHotel Shree Ram Palace at all costs. It’s a horribly dirty, uncomfortable, and misrepresented place that will only lead to disappointment and frustration. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This place is not worth your time or money.

The room was spacious and good AC

The toilets floor and walls were not clean, the bed and blankets had stains which can be taken care to get full ratings

The rooms were very bad, unclean and the washrooms were very small and smelly.

Not DG back up, room not cleaned, fresh air not available, sun light absent because small size window, not good for family.

Staff were responsive

Property was filthy. Staff cleaned the room after I entered the property, in front of me. It was with smoking smell. Worst part is that bed was full of bed bugs. I suffered with itching and redness of skin throughout the night. Pigeons tried to enter the room via windows. Tv plug blew out 5 min after switching on. Bathroom rail fell apart with just putting a light towel. Toilet was not clean enough.

Booking was confirmed but they didn't hesitate to tell me it was cancelled and even when I told them it was confirmed they still didn't give me room.Very bad experience.

Food provided was good

Maintainence wasn't upto the mark, smelly bed, and water logged when it rained.

Only one the polite behavior of only one female ay receptionist

Arrogant and rude behavior of male staff specially one Mr Rajeev and one mid aged seems to be long associated with this property,, too far place with no local convience or even taxies nearby, it takes too long walk till running road that with poor convinience facility

Economical place to stay.

Linen / Pillow cases were dirty. Food was not good. I ordered plain Khichdi for my child specially mentioning to make it non-spicy, but twice they couldn't make it properly.

The property was so bad we walked out. We spent 3 hours looking for another hotel. The room was disgusting. The bathroom smelt of urine.
