this hotel fab is a scam and a hoax. It does not exist - the pics are fake and the address is fake - the cab driver could not find the place and when i called the number given - i was told it was the central booking office for Fab hotes and they gave me a different address and we had to spend another 30 mins to find the place and we landed at this crummy area with this awful looking hotel and inside it was even worse - surprisingly the hotel front desk had my reservation - this is a scam - put and end to this scam please - we went into the room and found it to be a terrible dirty den- we left in a few hours - it was the worst experience - this is a scam - do not honor any of these fab hotels in india - they are running a scam

Fan not clean, regulator not working

Nothing ....since the Fab Hotel Prime Avenue team cancelled my booking even though it was confirmed.When called and asked the reason, they asked me to pay more/extra which is not feasible as I would only pay what is showing on the app.Also later the team stated that they cannot provide accommodation even when after much discussion and argument I agreed to pay extra, and told me to book another of their hotel named Millions nearby which was too pathetic as the location and facilities were too bad.Booking.com should take strict action against such malafide practices where hotels try to scam and extract more unethical money from the customers.Completely disappointed with this as we were stranded with no option to book and had to visit manual checkin with other hotels at a last minute high price.

There wasn't anything that I liked about this hotel. Very unprofessional staff, dirty rooms with leaking roofs and wet bedsheets. No parking spot, and no breakfast provided even though it was included in the booking. Due to a booking.com technical glitch, they overcharged. There was no view from the hotel. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone, as the staff is not at all helpful and you will be on your own.

I won't recommend this hotel to any family or couple who is looking for a decent stay. Staff is very unprofessional and not helpful. Rooms are not clean, and there are leaking roofs in the rainy season. No parking spot and breakfast provided as per booking the executive triple room. The hotel was shifted 3 times because the rooms were leaking and not available in the other hotel too. This all happened with 3- and 9-month-old kids in heavy rain. At the end stayed in deluxe room and paid for executive room. No responsibility taken from staff and manager.

It Is the worst and dirty hotel with no ambience and illiterate staff.

Breakfast is available only after 8 am...but a small request on the previous night and they provided with a plate of poha and tea by 7.45..dinner pack was a thali which was good

Dinner pack included in the tariff is a fixed thali but it can be mentioned in the tariff plan. Breakfast available only after 8am

The property is lovely and a quiet getaway from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Rohan at the front desk was exceptional!

Wonderful stay with exceptional hospitality Nice ambience with polite staff. Services and breakfast was very good good place for couple stay as well.

The AC and TV were not working and the ceiling fan was making noise, absolutely disappointed for the price. There was no water heater provided nor any complimentary tea/coffee bags. Obviously terrific spending time there

I had paid for breakfast but they said they can’t provide. The customers care service was rude and non supportive.

They charged me for extra day. As my flight got canceled and u had informed them earlier Nimit no support.

Location, cleanliness Of rooms. Interior and lighting were nice.

Basic facilities like Hot water kettle was not provided. Basic toiletries were not provided . Only two shampoo pouches Were provided .I was supposed to get complimentary breakfast as per my booking itinerary. However, they did not consider booking details, I received from Booking.com. However, they mentioned that they did not receive any such information for complimentary breakfast for my booking..

Location is very good, staff is very courteous.Room size for the price is very reasonable.

One thing i didn’t like that Fan and AC was making noise even on very less setting.

Clean room, clean washroom. Food though limited options available was good. Overall experience was pleasant.

Front desk can be a bit more welcoming.

I have booked by booking.com site and they have cancelled without informing me. When I reached that time he has taken my booking again by saying your booking cancel because we are accepting booking by fab hotels link.Also there are lot of cockroaches in room.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Also, I had paid extra to include breakfast with my stay which I was told was supposed to be unlimited but later they said the menu is limited unless you pay more.
