FabHotel Balaji Paradise - ALLEN Career Institute

Comfortable rooms, clean area, very peaceful. Perfect for a getaway.

The property is lovely and a quiet getaway from the city. The staff are very friendly and helpful. RAJA AND ABHISHEK at the front desk was exceptional!

Property is great staff is very nice and specially person assisting at Gym was great time having exercise with him help as support

This hotel was wonderful stay.. The staff did a fantastic job and provided great customer support. The entrance and reception area were very clean room was superb and the design was impressive. I would definitely stay here again

Great modern property, clean, near the mall. Staff is helpful

Hopeless

It's like another third grade oyo type. worst than a dharamshala.Congested rooms .All photographs shown here are manipulated. They don't have kitchen even for tea.

The place is beautiful and the room looks really good. The staff are very nice too and you can order good and drinks from the place. The bed is very comfortable and there's an electric and quick water heater. The ac is great as well!

The rooms where clean , the staff was good , overall the room was big

They doesn't have a in-house kitchen but they do have a menu card when u order from that they just bring the food from a restaurant nearby and they charge extra for the food so the in house kitchen is a scam u have to arrange for the food everytime the included breakfast portion is very small and doesn't have many options just poha , samosa and kachori overall the food sector can be much better . Location is so so

Firstly FABHOTEL is not clear with the numbers of guest it can be accommodate in a room. We checked in at 1 AM due to our flight timing and they asked to pay extra for one more guest. We already booked for me and my spouse.

Cleaning and smell of room

Room was clean and bed was comfortable

Electricity kept going. The bathroom door kept making noise the entire time.We are not sure but there were some weird couples coming in for few hours didn't look safe. Its in a secluded location.

The rooms were clean. Staff was polite. Location was easily accessible.

The restaurant doesn't have its own full kitchen and whatever we ordered, they ordered the same from Zomato and upcharged us.

Staff was cooperative. Place is neat n clean and easy to access. Good for a 1-2days tourism stay.

Too pricy for the amenities provided.

Its was a superb location and staff behaviour is awesome. I heartily recommend to go rhis property for a unique sunset and sunrise view'

Food and hospitality

D staff hospitality n helpfulness

D room. Was small remote area of hotel n needs a bit of maintenance

Bad

I was sent an email a couple of hours before our check-in time that our booking had been canceled. And I found out about the cancellation upon reaching the hotel since we were traveling. This is very unprofessional on the part of the hotel to do this just because they had on the spot guests to book.

Could not taste it due to shortage of time

Size of Room and Washroom and the Interiors. Not worth the cost or rent. Though there were many vacant rooms, extra Rs 500 was charged for early checkin

Staff was polite

The room was not prepared even at 7 pm when the check in time was 13 pm, they made us wait for 30 minutes after arrival. Breakfast served was from local stall. No proper parking, suddenly called twice to shift car from one place to other. Location is outer ring road.

Location is goodCleanliness is goodOwner was very helpful and the staff also

All good

Nothing specific

Behaviour of staff was rude, they demanded extra charges for early check-in. At first they said room is not available so we have to wait and then all of sudden the room was available at the cost of Rs 500/- extra. How ridiculous. TV channels not subscribed for, one has to use one's own mobile data and id to watch TV. This is the basic what a person needs once in room. On the name of breakfast they serve only Poha, Samosa and Kachori. Indore, the city deemed as a food hub in that city you get only Poha, Samosa.....????

Staff was helpful

Property advertised incorrectly.it says continental breakfast, but provide basic and same food everyday.also I didn’t write review. But somehow review was given as exceptional on my behalf.
