The location was good.

Hotel n rooms smell very weird. The room was very small too. In your booking.com the hotel rate was shown us 12000 but there they charged us 15000 n 3000 etc too.

Friendliness of staff trying to accommodate when asked with all Breakfast Safe environment, I even went out alone during night for a walk when I was unable to sleep

Poolsetting As restaurant Is situated around the pool, the pool closes very early While I’m accustomed to go for a swim after a day of visits and sightseeing And as there was hockey everywhere swimming was difficult

the man who helped me to check in my room was nice

The hotel, being in the outskirt of the city, is of easy reach from outside.

The rooms were not clean, with dirty floor and sheets. Even after changing room, the other one had dirty sheets.I did not like, despite booking a non-refundable room on booking.com, being threatened by a message from the hotel that they would give my room to someone else if I did not pay the full fare in advance.Overall, an experience to be forgotten.

Where to start... from check-in to their services, to assistance at midnight, to early morning check-out, everything was perfect. The staff was really kind and well behaved and did their best to assist us in all possible ways... Totally upto the mark and probably the best in Indore.

Close to the Mumbai highway. So location is ok if you want to enter or exit the city quickly enroute to some other destinations.Checkin and checkout was quick.

Pool was extremely dirty and the changing room was in a mess with slippers, towels and napkins thrown around. I had to ask 7 times till I got a towel at the pool.I was given a non smoking room but it was stinking of second hand smoke.The bathroom mixer broke so it wasnt throwing out hot water.The room didn't look as if it was vacuumed since there was dust and dirt on the room floor at places.

Ambience and staff services are nice.

But one thing tv is not get proper signal and the rates of hotel is little more than expected.

half of the services are not available , they charged 4k for us that is around sayaji stay and half of the food menu items are not there , interiors are not that premium and rooms are small , for the money they charged , the staff is also not that experienced as when we ordered the food there is no one to clean and everytime we have to call room service for essential utensils , not at all value for money
