Cleanliness of Bed sheets and quality of Towels and Sheet, ALL hotel owner should understand Give top 1 prioroty to your bedsheet, pillow and towels , buy new ones every 3 months.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was ideal — close to major attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep.Breakfast offered a good variety of fresh options, and the on-site facilities like the pool and fitness center were well-maintained. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in both service and comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I couldn't stay there as when I reached and showed the email they didn't give me the room. I tried contacting the property as well as booking.com nothing worked out.i tried several times and before taking my flight I called and checked. The property people told that if you do the payment then only your booking gets confirmed and then they didn't have any rooms left for me and my mother so I had to leave late at night to search another property.

Floor was dusty. Of course, when pointed out, immediate mopping done. Care for clean floors may be improved.

Very polite and courteous staff and good housekeeping.A good quality food.

Good hospitality. Staff was very accommodating. We also got emergency first aid medication from the reception. Extending our room for a late checkout was provided with a discounted price.

The place is beautiful and the room looks really good. The staff are very nice too and you can order good and drinks from the place. The bed is very comfortable and there's an electric and quick water heater. The ac is great as well!

-Laundry is super quick and professional.- Hot water on demand. No boilers. A+++- Great room service. - Food is enjoyable. Veg only menu.- AC available.- All outlets are of universal type. Good.- Workspace for laptop.- Very Good Wifi Internet.- Wifi internet is on backup power. - 2nd and 3rd floor patio rooftop space available.- landing flight path is directly over the hotel. Great closeup view of the airplanes flying overhead and landing into the sunset.- Close to pharmacy, hair saloon, cosmetics store and Airport.

- 1 of 2 bathroom light fixture not working. Dim lit.- 2 of 6 room light fixture not working. Light level ok- Plane engine noise maybe an issue. It is noticable but not excessive. Planes flying/landing is not constant, they stop flying at midnight.- Some walls need maintenance up keep and a new coat of paint.

This is a fantastic hotel all way round. The room, the staff, the service, the food, the view and greenery. Just a wonderful place to be.

Cleanliness was poor. Size of the bathroom too small. No hot water. Very poor quality Breakfast.

You suffer for your mistake

Room was not clean, shabby (stinking) pillows and beadsheet, suffocating air. We had to check late night due to flight tmmming, else would have changed immediately. Dear hotel, you are in hospitality .. money is by-product not primary.

Bad

Your Indore Branch Hotel needs a Generator Back up immediately without which you can not expect a good feed back from your customers. I was the worst sufferer on 08th-9th May during my stay with my family in this Hotel due to power failure during the entire [email protected]

It was nearby aiport and market was also nearby. I liked the hotel and location. Value for money.

Nothing as such. It was a decent stay. If I will visit indore again I would definitely prefer this one due to reachability of airport.

Poor cleaning. I found 1 lizard in room. Also bath towel was not clean properly. Food and staff was average.
