Location and Ambience of the hotel.

Despite booking the rooms and paying 50% of the total booking amount in advance, reception was unable to confirm the booking at the time of arrival of the guest. Booking.com kindly look into this matter.

Staff is very polite and room were spacious and clean mainly the location was perfect

Behaviour of reception

Cleanliness in bathroom and quality of towel

Location was absolutely spot on. They had arrangement for hot water and it was good. They had inhouse restaurant and food was quite good.

The bed was not comfortable as it was quite old. They should look after the cleanliness of the room a bit better. One of the room was constantly smelling like smoke and bathroom for both bed room were smelling bad.

Room facilities not good and bathroom not clean semal

Room maintenance not good location great but service not good.

Rooms space was good

Bathroom was dirty rooms also dirty

Room was good. Location is very near to railway station and Sarwate bus stand. Staffs were friendly. Overall, a good budget hotel.

Towel was not provided. Water flow in washroom was little slow.

The manager is rude and robotic. Staff is also robotic. Breakfast was very cold and no taste at all

Location was near to the station

Pathetic service. No cleanliness, staff was very casual in their service. No politeness, we asked for a toilet pater and one of the staff came , slammed the bathroom door to open it, it was not a movie scene.

I was very pleased with my stay. room service was good. Check in/out was smooth.
