Staff and cleanliness.

Staff were not Available in early morning. We had to wait and wake them up for long time. Water bottle was more than mrp price. They took 30 rupees for water bottle which actually costs 20 in market.

Early check-in caused an issue and property charged me extra for my family even I had booked entire room but 2 adults were not allowed without extra charge. Costly as per the services.

Location and staff behaviour is good.

WiFi was not working at all for all the days which impacted my work.Tea could not be prepared as milk was not there.

I am happy & pleased. Location of property is best .

While Booking agreed for Three different bed for three guests, but didn't provided bed &we have managed with sofa.Due to this there's bad impression, otherwise we are pleased ?

No break fast provided. The location is good. Lot of shops are there in the surrounding area. The room was clean ,lift is there

Main reception person was rude. Cleanliness is an issue. They gave us dirty towels and the room wasn't properly cleaned. They didint provide wifi access. We stayed for 3 nights. Apart from the location, wouldn't really recommend. They need to rethink their service quality, despite the hotel room design being satisfactory.

Disgusting and ammature management

They misbehave infront of my elder sister and disrespected her also several times She is a renowned business women and maintain a name in the city her in laws too has a great respect in the city ,she didn't say a word just because of me and they check out me and ask to book again with higher cost ! It was so disgrace full I can't explain .

Everything! Welcoming staff, spacious room with sofa and clean bathroom.

Location is very nice beacause it is mid in indore city.. All Famous place are very near from this location..Hotel is very Clean and nice sevices..

Hotel is at Central place.the staff cooperation, arrangements of Vehicle for site seeing,food quality better,

Once booked, I received a confirmation from booking.com, but when I called the property once reaching Indore at midnight, the owner said it is already full and you do not have any bookings on your name. Highly unprofessional, and rude behaviour from the hotel owner and hung up the call abruptly. I was stranded with no hotel with senior citizens of my family. Never book this hotel.

The location of hotel and room size was satisfactory.

They show a picture of room with kettle and write it in facility but NO KETTLE is being provided. On asking for it, they made lame excuse that guests don't know how to use it. So we said, we are well aware of using it ..but they did not provide. We had our own kettle too as we were on a 3 weeks road trip. On using it, the circuit tripped. So probably they have wiring issues and hence this problem .

Space and cleanliness.

Wash room facility was not up to the mark. Such as, towels, napkins were not available. After chasing, 2 towels got but napkins were not available.

Terrible Experience - Do Not Stay Here

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. Even after paying in full and having a confirmed booking, they told me they were sold out when I arrived. They didn't give me a refund.After arguing, they put me in a non-AC room with no windows or ventilation. The room was hot and uncomfortable.The staff were rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Stay anywhere else!

Unable to contact the property which caused a real mess, when contacted through the provided number the staff was very rude
