Super Townhouse Hotel O Benchmark

I didn't like anything. I tried to remember at least one good thing, but there is none. This hotel is mostly used by OYO couples.

They didn't clean my room, i literally found semen in my pillow and condoms in side table. They didn't clean room even once during my stay. When I ask for my invoice they told I need pay extra for invoice. They didn't told me earlier when I paid for my stay. They literally ask me to pay for plate. Yes a plate that I asked for eating.

With my daughter, I used to spend my holidays here. The personnel was amiable and welcoming, and the rooms were pleasant. These items added coziness and peacefulness to our stay.

Great location The hotel is superb and the staff is polite. The hotel is well maintained and the facilities are good beds, and the staff was amazing. Very Good place to stay..Everything was great at this hotel.

The bathroom was impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The bed was so comfortable; I slept like a baby.

All over it was very nice hotel. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Big size rooms.

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, The room was a good size and the bathroom clean enough. Food was tasty.

we didn't stay there because we were so mesmerized with the facilities we received at door

I booked this hotel from Booking.com and my friend booked it from OYO. we reached Indore railway station at 6am and property owner asked me to call him back at 8am he will tell us about the early check in we waited till 9:30am and stood by his entrance till 10am for check in we wanted room with 4 sharing he said that he have a 1500 room with good space we decided to book directly in 1500 for each and was ready to cancel our booking from OYO. We checked the room and came downstairs and he told that the room will be vacant by 11am. As we were standing there since 8am we thought to wait more and suddenly he said that he can't give us this room as the couple who were staying have extended the stay. We were so angry and left the property as it was totally time waste and cancelled the booking from OYO. Later when we checked in with some other nearby hotel he called me to ask that room is available as I made booking from Booking.com but we refused to take the room. Total waste and bad property and owner no ventilation in rooms and toilet seats are very dirty. Rooms have dirt all over in window and under the bed very unhygienic.

Location

Room was uncleaned, poor service, staff irresponsible.they charged 100 for 1 glass milk which was very expensive and was not worth it.

Brilliant CHEF, Amazing food, Nice and Clean Rooms With best in class service.

Location and staff

Its not a family place. You will feel embarrassed if you are going with family. Breakfast was not offered as promised by booking.com. there was a rate increase as well when checked in. Staff were cooperative.

Nice location

Bad

Bad behaviour of manager, damaged dead led tv in room

Don’t stay in this hotel Property manager doesn’t fulfil commitments as shown in site .. neither oyo representatives response at the time .. and you lost your whole mood of trip .. so don’t book this hotel and don’t stay ..

Everything

Very good rooms

Ambience

I booked our trip through booking.com but did not get any confirmation booking @property. So poor experience with booking.com

We found no issues during the visit. They made sure that I had everything I needed on my trip.
