Sheraton Grand Palace Indore

Good Healthy breakfast, Nice location of the property. However, far from City.

Stayed at Sheraton Indore for 3 nights and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The property is huge, beautifully maintained, and ideally located — made visiting Mahakaleshwar and Omkareshwar temples super convenient. The pure vegetarian menu was a bliss, and the food quality was excellent. Breakfast had a great spread, and their signature Shev Paratha is a must-try!A big shoutout to the staff for being so courteous and attentive, and a special mention to Pankaj at the reception, who was incredibly helpful in planning our local itinerary and sharing useful dos and don’ts. If you’re looking for comfort, great food, and top-notch service during your temple visit, Sheraton Indore is the place to be. Definitely a 10/10 stay!

Palatial hotel, very clean and comfortable. Amazing vegetarian food.

Staff was very courteous specially at breakfast, exceptional outstanding training and level of service at the restaurant.

The room toilet was shabby, taps were worn out, shower had no water pressure at all, plus worn out, the toilet WC too small and low for comfort, not expected and acceptable at the Sheraton.

This hotel is Mis-Sold & misleading! The photo on the website shows a “Palace-style” hotel. That building is a separate banqueting Hall & NOT the Hotel! The hotel itself is very shabby & dated. Also it’s a Pure Vegetarian restaurant, which was not mentioned anywhere.We had to check out of the hotel, as we prefer Non-Veg food.

Not very satisfied with the service of the hotel. neither their dining staffs nor their bed and sofa of Room 416 were worth to be praised . Their lounge was also having bad smell. Yet nothing was being done by them.

Everything is great. Loved the ambience, tempting food & such caring & professional staff. Ms. Disha at front desk was so helpful, and courteous and welcomed us with such bright smile & made our check in & check out so smooth. Mr. Aman & Mr. Swagnik from front desk were helpful as always. Be it large spread of buffet or in room dining, food was so good. Mr. Sugar, Ms. Preeti, Ms. Snigdha, Mr. Jay & Mr. K.K from food & beverages department welcomed us so graciously & took care of all our needs regarding food. Great team makes great brands...Way to go Team Sheraton...Thank you so much for such cherishing memories....

Had an amazing stay!! Everything is perfect...be it facilities , food or staff... When you are tired from traveling & people great you with respect & care, it do matters...This sentence is applicable for Mr. SWAGNIK & Mr. AMAN at the front desk who greeted us with such big smiles & gave us info about smallest details about the property which sorted our queries , Ms. TANISHQ & Ms. PREETI at food & beverages were so attentive & caring that it really made our visit so special that we are visiting back soon. I am really grateful for the wonderful experience & memories you given me Sheraton!!! Would love to visit again & again...

The Couches needed to be a bit more clean"mind ur step" shld be put up - right at the entrance... where my mother tripped and got badly hurt on the ForeHead & Cheeks. Luckily it wasn't majorIn-House Doctor shld have been availbale. Although a Doctor-onCall came 2-3 hrs later...

Very poorly trained staff

Extremely poor customer service. Inspite of requesting 3 times over half an hour to send someone to collect luggage we had to carry our own luggage Absolutely careless staff

I am a vegetarian so this hotel was such a delght. I had an excellent waitress- Kushboo Kumari who always took great care of us.

Sometimes tables were not wiped properly.

Great mix of spread especially they being pure vegetarian and super smiling hospitality of staff. One over eats.

There should be visible marking / signage to reach the hotel potio from the entry point of the service road for the arriving guests.

Beautiful property. Awesome vegetarian food. Very helpful staff and they really go out of the way to make you comfortable. Our best experience was with the bar and restaurant staff who went out of the way to make us comfortable and pamper us. The front desk staff was awesome too!

It would have been great to get a disclosed at the time of the booking (on their listing) that this property only serves pure vegetarian cuisine.

Only the infrastructure and the front view of the property looks good, but that’s only a convention hall

The property is purely vegetarian. Also, the rooms require a lot of maintenance. The amenities were not up to the mark they can improve more in terms of amenities. The breakfast was just okay.

Facilities and overall experiece are good. Regarding breakfast, Staff should ensure hot food serving all the time. Food are tasty and having varieties to balance the guest from various region.

The Utensils for keeping food with lid having Cloth on handles and guest seems not guest friendly. Guest has to balance lid to prevent falling. Request to use new Utensils having slide lid /half open intead of balancing the lid for taking food.

Sheraton properties are usually good

There was cockroaches in the room. Staff were not friendly and breakfast experience was nightmare. We ordered Tea/ coffee they would either mess with order or it won’t show up. Tables were never clean. When ordered dosa day 1 it didn’t show up only. Second day it showed up but while putting plate on table sambarfell on us and floor. Irony they took back the plate but never to return, nor the floor was cleared. Ultimately we left. Despite requesting and informing in advance check out procedure was painful

The location is far away from the city center, the spring mattress gave a body ache and was not comfortable. Also the food provided was tasty but not sure about the freshness etc as it gave me and my friend a stomach upset.

It's a vegetarian paradise with 5 star facilities. The location, the place, the staff, the room (the Suite), the food, the ambience everything was up to the mark. Special mention for the front-desk staff Disha for her hospitality.

Very grand hotel from looks and visually at night. Staff were friendly.

Ordered food al la carte, and it took forever to arrive. Food was not tasty. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Rooms were old and musty smelling. For the cost of a Sheraton property, it was underwhelming. After a tiring journey, we wanted to relax, and in the dining room, an outside party (not hotel guests) who came for dinner with kids were creating a ruckus, and it was very annoying. Hotel did not know what filter coffee was. A forgetful experience. Many lights in the room were dysfunctional.
