Pride Hotel & Convention Centre Indore

The property was very spik and span, but if I talk about my room, it looked a little old and all chipped was not clean. The rooms were little old with the floor. Chipping off. The bathroom was really tidy with the taps all rotten.

The food was pathetic. It was really filled with chilies and I got sick while having the food which is spoiled my journey and my vacation.

Room cleaning not good, found rat inside the room, breakfast buffet not very exciting

They should maintain bathroom cleanliness , property not well maintained

Worst experience of stay unhygienic room & staff over reception was not at all well behaved rude towards us room was not worth of the price we paid

Enough manpower not available I placed room service order but it took 1:30 hrs to complete by order that too was not served correctly. ( I order X item they gave me y item).Serving style was like 2-star hotel .( food item was not covered with plastic lid or aluminum foil while bringing from kitchen to room.

Almost nothing in hotel was working. Bathroom leak, missing soap, towels

The staffs at restaurant were fabulous. Very humble and ready to make you comfortable to the extent possible.

Property is a bit far from city, but it would have lost it essence if the property would have been within the chaos of city life.

Location, right off the highway to MumbaiWe had stayed here earlier and liked it but this time around it was just ok. Product is good but upkeep can be improved.

Check-in was smooth but staff was Kurt but not polite.Price was on the higher side and that too without any meal... 4.5K for one night stay...

The room was clean and neat. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was courteous. Breakfast was decent and the serving team was attending to our needs very well.

The party halls in hotel was creating loud noise and it was too disturbing till the party ended. The drum beats were too uncomfortable. No acoustic treatment for room or party hall. property location is far from city center

Location is great for a Highway stopover. Food court, car wash next to is makes it even better

Service is poor and the hotel is run down.

Frustrating stay

My stay was pathetic...room was so unclean, refrigerator was not working and even phone line was not working. When I informed the staff and requested them to change the room, they were so rude and told me that it will take only 1 hour for the technicians to sort out the issues. I should be patient to let them enter the room and do the work. Very unprofessional and unapologetic behavior.

location is bad - diffiecult to get taxi! and hotel does not arrange taxi or shuttle; . no concierge on view on check in nor at check out!!!worst thing the receptionist did not give back my aadhar card taken for check in and i also forgot to ask. can they mail it to my home address???
