Overprice. The first time we stayed here, the family room had ample space. When my mom and her siblings stayed here, family room is like a regular room. Comfort room has leak and smells. Room is cleaned every 2 days only. The counter is asking for payment everyday, whenever my mom and her siblings go out for a walk.

Very Disappointing stay!

Overprice. The first time we stayed here, the family room had ample space. When my mom and her siblings stayed here, family room is like a regular room. Comfort room has leak and smells. the room lights are very dim and there is no window where the light from the outside to penetrate.

hotel is clean, all the staffs are nice, free wifi on 1st floor, free pick up service from airport and to airport

no wifi signal on 3rd floor so that I have to stay downstairs to work and watch videos sometimes

excellent service, good food, good prices, great a/c. we had some issues with small ants on the floor in 2 floor. but this is not uncommen in this kind of areas.. all in all a very pleasent stay.

The Room is clean spacious with balcony

If you stay with lot of stuff, it's hard to go up since there's no lift and no room boys to help.No electric kettle ready..

The staff are accommodating, kudos to them... The breakfast is good.

There are insect inside the room. The hotel is difficult to find and the location is not good. The hot water in the shower is limited, mahina ang tulo.

The daily breakfast was good. Allan and Jane were attentive to our needs. The airport shuttle driver was also nice and accommodating to us.

The restaurant was closed. That's why we had to buy food outside. Also, there was a bit of misunderstanding about the rate we need to pay.

The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable had secure parking for our motorcycles was an excellent trip would definitely recommend staying at this hotel
