The location only

We think the receptionist was a scammer. We informed them via Booking.com message that we would arrive early, but we received no response.When we arrived, the receptionist told us that we could only check in if we upgraded our room. After a long discussion, we reluctantly agreed to the upgrade. However, after I paid and waited for the key card, the receptionist told me we could only go to the room if we made another payment, this time for early check-in.With no choice, and because we were already tired, we paid, even though we felt we were being scammed.

Strategically near to everything you need.

**Day 1:** When we entered the room, it had a foul odor. **Day 2:** I experienced a loss of my gold jewelry, and the management did not address the issue appropriately until I reported it to the police. **Day 3:** There was selective service and inconsistent statements. For example, room service claimed they did not deliver to the room, even though just the other day they had served coffee. Meanwhile, housekeeping verbally stated that they would change the bed sheets every three days. **Overall Staff Attitude:** The staff did not acknowledge the client's complaints and instead tried to cover up the issues. Although they offered an apology, it felt too late to make a difference. By the time I checked out, my jewelry had not been returned, and the issue remained unresolved.

location is nice not so secluded and not in the the middle of the city so no too much noise and all.

The linen when we arrived was with stained .. Some staff is not even smiling when arrived

Room was clean except for mildew in shower. While it's in a poorer section of the city you get a good feel for the culture if tats what you're after. If you're looking for touristy type area...tis is not it.

It was in the City center. Close to a lot of commercial establishments. Room was neat and served its purpose as we were only there to do work.

It had limited parking space at the front but they also have open space parking beside the hotel. Just inform them when you arrive that you need parking space and they'll point you to it.

Good location. Not too expensive.

Window is blocked by a billboard. Staff didn’t help with heavy bags, unlike with the foreign guests. Toilet had bad smell.

Shower heater not sufficient.Hair blower upon request will not stay with you til you check out.

Dinner was good and prompt, but I was the only person there

The first room I was shown was sparse, no desk or chair, when they brought one to the room after my query it was a small coffee table and plastic chair. I ended up in a proper room but at a higher price. This took more than 15 minutes to sort out, and they were not busy at all.The restaurant opened at 6am, and I was the only guest, ordering at 6.02 The American breakfast was quite poor and arrived cold and at 6.18 meaning that I was pushed to take the 6.30 airport shuttle. The receptionist was helpful and held the bus for ten minutes which I was very thankful for. The dining staff were inattentive and spent their time chatting to each other

The location of the room is near the swampy area, AC is noisy, clogged toilet,

The location is near everything from malls to commercial centers even universities and public markets. We also loved their AFFORDABLE and YUMMY food.

Cleanliness could be improved. The aircon casing is dusty when we arrived. There should be a rag on the toilet doorstep as well but we can't find one when we arrived. Also the size of the bathroom is quite small.

Any request we made was ignored couldn't get ice sent to the room couldn't even get toilet paper shower was moody staff wasn't concerned in helping.i us to love this place I even proposed to my wife there it's gone downhill since all the changes.no toiletries anymore what helps when u have forgot things the only helpful staff was the men who open the doors

Staff need to follow up on requests have things in stock for guests requests put toiletries in room and don't let customers see senior staff scalding lower staff it's not professional I feel sorry for the doorman there they do a great job but noticed reception women speaking to them so bad

Breakfast was okay, I wish there's more selections.

Limited parking, there was no room service available, always no ice, I was never able to connect to wifi, slow service at the restaurant, staff are always noisy at the hallway at 5 in the morning, my bathroom was leaking, etc. The worst part, I had a company event and I was so disappointed because the bathroom was so filthy, again there was no ice and staff never came back to checked on us. We ran out of juices and coffee and nobody came to asked for refill.. I have stayed in this hotel 3x but for some reason, lots of things changed after 3 years, terrible changes. I will not come back to this hotel again.

Aircon is working. Water pressure is a bit good among all the hotels in tuguegarao. No hot water in the wash only shower.

To small bed for a couple. Compared to all the hotels with the same description matrimonial bed. The bed of go hotels is 2x bigger than theirs.
