Best Western Plus Metro Clark

Sryff are friendly and helpful

Just the sink is clog when your washing or brushing my teeth, toilet seat has the wrong size , refrigerator not cold enough for water

1. Hotel is new, room is clean and spacious 2. Location is great (heart of the city)

The breakfast could have been better - a. Offer healthier food, instead of very salty and sweet local food). b. Coffee could been offered in small pots by the staffs walking around, instead it was self service from a pump dispenser

employees are hospitable and helpful

traffic is too bad in front of the Hotel main street.

Its in the city center, near malls and all

Breakfast buffet is soo limited and always the same , specifically for american or english breakfast there is no such option , even pancake sometimes not available, atlist the add more option for cereal pastry and yogurt and fruits specially fruits are not that expensive in Philippines , Wifi is terrible we cannot connect when we arrived, so we have to ask to be fixed 1 hour later its working but its too slow we never watch tv staying there for 11 nights.

My Rooms and the Kid Area

2 Things :1 The Breakfast is Delicious pero can do better sana in the future dagdagan pa nila just comparing to other hotels we syayed mas marami yung variety2 Internet this is very important super bagal at naddisconnect even pg speed test ayaw gumana, pgsend ng video ayaw masend or it will took time i cant recommend you guys specially sa mga working remotely we are freelancers and super important ng fast connection we reported this thrice sa IT but they cant resolve it considering katabi nyo lang yung converge ??? last christmas ngstay din ako sa inyo and wala din d ako nakapgtrabaho dahil sa internet My stay is very good I will recommend it pero Internet number 1 na need iinmprove pa hopefully sa future stay namin ??????

The stay at this hotel was disappointing. Will never return.

The rooms are dated and not cleaned properly. Cockroaches all over the room. Breakfast food quality was poor at best( hard boiled eggs were runny!! , food at buffet was either dried up or cold and croissants were super greasy.

The overall hotel facilities were great, we enjoyed the swimming pool and poolside bar. The breakfast was good

The hotel is situated in a way that it was a little hard to find while driving as there were no signs along the street.

Friendly staffs, breakfast buffet

Location of the main lobby which is at the back of the building.

The hotel’s location was good along with the included breakfast. The housekeeper, Bryan Tua, provided good service throughout my 3 day stay in an Executive Suite. He fixed the cleaning deficiencies I found when I checked in.

I did NOT like the room cleanliness when I checked in. The white chair was extremely dirty along with food and hair found on the floor. This was supposedly one of their highest level rooms, an Executive Suite. Thanks to Bryan Tua for providing good daily housekeeping.

The full buffet breakfast is exceptional. A very friendly staff and lots of great breakfast choices to choose from.

The rooms were big and they gave us the city view as we requested.

The bathroom was not very clean. There were still a few pieces of hair on the floor when we arrived. The network was slow and the netflix did not work. The IT had to come 2x before it was fixed.

Facilities such as the rooms, pool, lobby are top notch.

One particular Staff. Specially the lady in the front desk. Needs more improvement, more training on how to handle conflict with the guest. She didnt even say “sorry” after confirming she gave us connecting rooms but did not. Very disappointed at that time! She confirmed twice our room is connected to my sister’s but when we checked the room, it’s not connecting. If you want to book connecting rooms you should book one executive and one superior. That’s the only time they will allow you to book. Not sure why they did not close that fact. We would’ve booked two connecting rooms if we know.

The Modern Rooms and Hallway

Breakfast Buffet super konti ng mga choices unlike other Hotels

The staff and cleanliness and also the location

Good and safe hotel over all. Nice and friendly staff. Car park on the side.

I needed to complain because the overhead shower head was completely spoiled. The water wasn't even coming down but sideways. I was wondering if the caretaker wasn't checking on the quality of rooms, if this room hasn't been booked or the guests for the past year haven't taken showers. But nonetheless it was immediately replaced. In the night I recommend taking a tricycle from and to the hotel. Be aware that breakfast can get busy. Seating can be uncomfortable. One morning we were placed on a substitute area while spider crawling on the table. Also the variety of breakfast is limited. Only container coffee.

The property looked clean and well kept.

Locating elevators was an issue, because the hotel itself seem to surround an old mall. And once interior shell of the mall was closed you had to figure out how to get to the elevators.

Nice bed and bathroom

Breakfast not great and not worth 750
