We’ve got a room with separated toilet and shower, both are so dirty. Even the bed sheets, not so sure if they are replacing them. Both beds were stained.
Location was perfect for us.
Shower portlets were partially working adjustment knob were only two dials - one hot and one cold, nothing in between like lukewarm to take a shower. If you were put on the North side wing facing the road/street, it's too loud!

the location is great, it is close to restaurants, convenient store and public transport. Ventilation and lighting are good. Air-conditioning works properly.
we’ve stayed for 3 days and they did not even bother to change bedsheets and blankets or have an initiative to clean the room at least. they asked for an additional 300 pesos per night for third person since the room was booked only for 2 persons, pillow is not included (you have to pay another 100 pesos on top of it).
with the conversation with the guard I hope the reach out to me soon for my refund.
i didn’t get to stay at the property because when i arrived there is no one to accompany me.
Bad
1. No lift, no electric kettle, no glass for drinking water and no cups and spoon.2. Basic toiletry provided after repeated requests. 3.Even they charged us for providing plain hot water in cups. 4.Communication problems, they were unable to provide any information. 5. No wifi in rooms.6. At the time of booking it was mentioned that free cancelation till certain date. When I try to get it canceled immediately after booking they showed entire amount will be charged. Disgusting. Booking. Com should take a note of it.
The hotel is close to our event area, which is a plus.
Very weak wifi and useless internet - and our room is near the router. The reception of the TV is not good. We didn't get shampoo, and the toiletries provided were good for one day only, and we stayed for two days. The lights inside the room are broken and need replacement. Also, the water in the shower and bidet is very weak - much better if they provided bucket with tabo instead.

The hotel has a great location with nearby restaurants. The staff was nice and accomodating. The rooms were very clean and the bed is very comfortable.
Wifi did not work well during the days I checked in. There is poor cellular /data signal from my room, hence it was a bit difficult to call surf or book a delivery. Parking is okay but since the building is being shared with a bank, you have to move your vehicle if its on a weekday morning.
The staff was friendly and the room was big.
The instruction sent in the email was confusing. They told us that our check in time was 2pm even though we had the day room booked which was supposed to be at 9am-5pm. Luckily, we went there earlier than our check in time to see if we can check in already. Also, the TV was not working properly.
Toilet tissue is given when you only ask. The hotel staff upon calling agreed for early check-in but when the guests reach the hotel, they asked for PHP 100 per hour. There is no parking available, this is good for commuters but not with personal vehicle.
