Clean, not a speck of dust.

Worst breakfast buffet ever. The only viands were caldereta and shanghai.

The ambience and the staffs are very friendly and professional :)

The room that we got was really comfortable and spacious. And the location is good - near Clark Parade Grounds.

The bathroom had an odd design for the shower area causing the water to overspill over the floor.

The staff are very nice, courteous, and helpful. I was greeted by everyone every time I pass by them. The area is nice it's close to the jog area and very convenient and quiet. I had the whole room for myself even though I booked a capsule room so that was a huge delight.

My only concern for the capsule room is that the outer part of it feels a bit flimsy and there is evident crack on the entrance of the door but it wasn't major just an observation.

Close to Clark Airport - fine for an overnight. Coffe shop was good

Difficult to get food or drink when we arrived.

Rooms are spacious and really well kept. Huge toilet and bath and we appreciate the recliner chairs , work table in the rooms. There are also free massage chairs available in certain floors. Didn’t swim but pool looks nice and inviting. Staff were courteous and approachable. Located in a quiet but still accessible part of Clark with some shops and 24H Korean store nearby.

Check in is strictly at 3PM, instead of 2PM which is usually the standard in PH. They would not consider even if there are available rooms already. We paid for extra fees just to check in by 2:30pm since we were so tired from the long drive to Clark. Ridiculous fee per missing key card considering the price of the rooms, in most mid range/ top hotels now it is even disposable or not asked back anymore. It would also be nice if they have an in house spa.

Though getting to the hotel was not as straightforward as I expected, the location afforded a semblance of privacy as it is not hemmed in by tall buildings. Lots of greenery as well.

Swimming pools occupy the central yard of the complex with a lap pool at the far end and a regular pool at the other. The latter gets noisy during the day as this is where families congregate with their kids and other guests. Not ideal for somebody seeking rest and solitude.Despite assurance from Booking.com, I wasn’t given the discounted rate when I checked in. Nor was I allowed free breakfast as indicated in my room rate page. The front desk clerk advised they have never given free breakfasts to anybody who used travel aggregators like Booking.com, Expedia, Travel Advisor and the like. That was their company policy they said. Clearly a case of false advertising. This property should never have gone into your list of affiliated hotels given the fact they will not provide what you have committed to your customers.Woke up with a swarm of small red ants wrapped around a couple of lollies I left on my night stand. Painstakingly followed their origins only to realize they were all over the floor.

Pool Spa is always the best and the beaming smiles of Morning Calm Restaurant particularly Jane. She’s always very helpful to us, especially with our toddler.

Front desk can use more friendliness and more smiles. The only approachable and friendly member of front desk is Mitch.

The location was good and safe but isolated from popular area. The water spa is very fun and good.

The price is a little bit high than other cities in Philippines. The only way to hotel is taxi. When I entered the room, I saw a cockroach in the shower room. But I understand this is Philippines.

I like the size of the room. The service of the staff and the facilities. Location is also good. Price is very good

They don’t have laundry bag

Have been here for 3 times and as always we enjoyed our stay. Room with pool is super perfect for our family. As always, the resort is clean and all staff are attentive and friendly.

I overall liked the amenities, the pools and the gym. I was able to spend a relaxing day which was my main objective in this stay. Plus the customer service was wonderful, so overall it was splendid

Food choices. As the restaurant didn't have options for vegetarians and even pescatarians. It only catered for people who are able to eat meat so I didn't have much option.

The spa pool and the cleanliness of the rooms

The rooms are not soundproof. You can hear people outside your room.

It was a very brief overnight stay; I didn't even have time to try the nice looking pool. I liked the simplicity, cleanliness and efficiency.

Huge space and very nice amenities

No elevator on the other building which makes it hard to move heavy luggages. Other than that, everything is great.

Great clean place with wonderful outdoor spa type pools. The place was generally well maintained and I really enjoyed the massage pools. Also plenty of space for children/toddler to play around in.
