they did not clean the room every day, they did not make the bed or change the bed, you only give 2 small bottles of water use to give water every day free, did not give any coffee or tea dining was very poor food not very good. Did not change towels,

Good location to Walking Street. Pretty clean

Tons of ants in the room as well as a couple of roaches. No elevator either.

Location near the entertainment area

Bathroom is old and shower doesn't have anything to hold soap?

Pool in another building but just a short walk. Room was small but adequate.

Restaurant server and bar lady wasn't very friendly.

The PBH is always a great place to stay, there was renovations to there fire alarm system but it did not disrupt our stay.

Friendly staff, great location near Walking Street and near the SM Mall and a great pool and food available at the hotel. Also had strong WiFi no problem streaming movies on my iTV

Room was larger than expected, all paint and tiles looked new, hot water in shower everytime I used it, a/c had to be turned off after getting the room too cold! All staff were friendly, I ate breakfast there each morning as it rivaled nearby businesses. Used the pool daily and it was always clean. Location was walking distance to most active nightlife. Definitely top of my list for a return trip.

Actually can't think of any negatives.

I like eating in the Lanai restaurant.The huge English muffin.Hotel was very quiet.The girls in the travel center were so helpful in booking my trip to Thailand.The MOST IMPORTANT thing to me is to have reliable and fast internet in the room. Room 605 at Pacific Breeze delivered!

Ants in room 606 that actually walked onto and into my laptop.Flys in the Lanai restaurant. Much appreciated the fan which greatly helped. Strange though how the Wild Orchid Restuarant doesn't seem to have a fly problem. Still, I had breakfast every morning in the Lanai.Showerhead in rm 605 is too close to the wall. But that's being really picky.No nose tissue.

The location and the ease of transportation from the hotel to sites make it real convenient.

I don't particularly care for the fuse box key in the room for working electrical and shut off on exit.

Location

Rooms appear to be all smoking … very bad if you are a non-smoker.Rooms with bathtub showers lack handles for holding on when getting in/out if tub.

Super hotel, staff is friendly and helpfull, the rooms are big and comfortable, breakfast is excellent. You are close to the action of Field Avenue, but still its quiet in he room.

i like the pool and the food in the fridges. the location is good also the nice security guards and the men that work in the hotel are very nice and helpful

the ladies attitude behind the front desk and restaurant are very sceptical some are thoughtful some not welcoming feels false from the ladies. the prices of the taxis going to the airport are way to expensive. not a great variety of food on the menu. the menu needs updating need new overlook with picks of the food. more types of food in the fridges would be nice. advertisements on what's going on in the hotel and other sister hotel. restaurant looks dead no vibe. more advertisement needed. some of the guys that do the pools need a raise!!! HAVING TO PAY WITH MY CARD OVER THE COUNTER WHEN BOOKED 2 NIGHTS STAY WITH BOOKING.COM NOT DOING THIS ANYMORE!!! ITS RUBBISH COLLECTING THOSE FEES! AND ONE LADY OVER THE COUNTER SAYING THEY HAVE A POLICY WITH BOOKING.COM TO NOT PROCESS BOOKINGS ONLINE!!! BIG DISSAPOINTMENT!!!!!

Room was very spacious along with the balcony. AC was great. Wi-Fi was very good. Bed is very comfortable. Great water pressure.

Didn't find any coffee in the room and could have had a little more water for the kettle. Fortunately, we brought our own coffee but had to buy extra water.
