Amazing stay from start to finish! The service was excellent the moment we parked—even the cart driver was super warm, friendly, and professional. Everything about this hotel is top-tier, and the breakfast buffet? Total champion-level. Would definitely come back! ⭐️

Not too much

This is a wonderful property and find for us. Definitely get what you paid for. Bed and bedding was AWESOME! Soft and comfy, bed firm but not as firm as most places we’ve stayed at in the Philippines. Breakfast buffet is also awesome, such a variety of dishes definitely worth the price. Go hungry to enjoy all they have. There was also an upscale steak restaurant. I wish we were staying more than just a night just to experience eating there. There is wonderful pool area with games like a pool table.

The breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing as it lacked variety. The toscano wasn't very tasty, which was disappointing, but the longaniza was delicious.I stayed here while traveling from Japan. I brought my electric hairbrush and garment steamer, which are 110V, so I needed a voltage converter. The hotel lent me one, but it had a low wattage rating, so I stopped using it. It would be helpful if they had a larger-wattage adapter that could also handle items like hair dryers.

Bathroom needs more cleaning

This was a third stay at Quest in Clark. Quest hotel upgraded our room to a suite and it was really spacious and in a quiet area as requested initially during our booking; the room was clean and well maintained, wifi was good since my husband had no issues using the wifi while he was working. The buffet had a lot of choices provided from filipino, american and even korean dishes. The staff were very helpful and nice during our stay

Probably the communication between Booking.com and Quest in terms of the hotel invoice we requested; to date we have not yet received any email from Quest on this though I initially informed the reception staff that booking informed us that the invoice will come from the hotel itself.

Rooms smell like dust a little bit as if it was not used for a while Toilet is small in space , “ won’t fit for body builders” shoulders ? its that small

I would like to mention manager Rosalyn and front office desk Jason who were extremely courteous, helpful and made my stay the most memorable possible

towels are pretty old and smells bad. No bottled water available we need to get water from water dispenser outside the room..

Check-out at 11amElectricity was fluctuating between 12mn-4am & air-conditioning would be off and room would get warm. You can hear doors slamming from the other roomsI had a restless night.

Very accessible with still a hint of exclusivity in the area. Food at the buffet was also very good.

The elevator makes a kind of an alarm with noisy music when it stops at each floor or its door opens! So eventually I almost could not sleep at all. Only one hour sleep.. this should be fixed without the noisy melody from the lift!

The staffs are very friendly. I truly appreciated that they accommodated my request. They prepared a complimentary cake for my son's bday. The breakfast buffet is SUPERB! The bubble pool made our stay more memorable. We will definitely come back.

I hope they will install a bidet. Other than that everything is great.

Stingy even daily water they not putting in room , they have water cooler to guests take water from,very bad test food, small room ,window not open in room ,far from downtown, just one small swing pool,So slow service any order need 30 minutes.Electric cigarette not allowed on outside near swimming pool!!!
