friendly staff especially the guard.the pool and the location very near to the korean town for a dinner?

hair dryer is not working at all so we requested house keeping to bring a spare. hopefully it came fast

The rule is Children is not allowed, however, contacted the property to make sure. They allowed my 2 children to stay with us.

One staff/cleaner’s approach to us after checking out. The reception cleared us and about to leave. The housekeeper blocked us and ask us stupid questions related to the trash, which honestly I don’t have any idea what’s inside. Im not the only occupant in the room. She should’ve ask us politely before the reception cleared us and not after!The housekeeper, opened the trash in front of us which is unacceptable since we already checked out and it is in the reception area where guests are walking. She should’ve spoke to us inside.

Nice little hotel with a good sized pool down a side street and near Korea town. A short trike ride from SM Clark and central Angeles

Nothing, it was great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The pool is lovely. Rooms are very clean and comfortable, with a nice balcony. It is certainly good value for money and I'd stay here again.

If you want the nightlife, you will need to make a short tricycle journey but it's cheap and there are many tricycles at all hours.

I Love the hotel but the room has ants all over and the airplanes are flying over the hotel and I was noisy but it wasn’t a big problem I was so tired I still fell asleep ! That’s all Thanks !

Clean with air conditioning

Having to pay 1000 peso in cash as security with no notification on any of my paperwork.Asked about the shuttle to the airport and they failed to tell me it was going to cost 800 pesos, the taxi to get there only cost me 300. Not telling me when I booked in meant I could not organise for a taxi.They are not 5 mins from the airport and are in a really sketchy area. Large sign about pool usage is not adhered to I woke up to squealing to see a male and female playing in the pool at 0100.Charge for bringing food into the hotel. (On the sign about pool hours)While it is clean I will not use them again. Given how far from the airport they are I would rather stay in the city centre and get a cheaper taxi to the airport.

The children enjoyed the pool.

We booked a luxury suite, and the living room looked dirty. We asked the staff to clean, but they claimed it was cleaned. We asked for slippers and they said they were none. We ended having to clean and wear socks around the apartment.

Privacy excellent

All night activities at swimming pool. No time limit. Noisy..

The pool and the room were nice. Pretty good location as it is close to the airport and restaurants.

Wi-Fi doesn't even reach the room. The staff could've done better with customer service and interaction. Nil suggestions or offers of options to their guests.

clean, good price

no utensils, no drinking glasses.. only 1 single soap for 2 person in 2 single bed. ( executive room) no free coffee.

the property especially the room is clean and big enough for family.

there are many inconsistencies between booking.com and the property. like for example, in booking.com it says the property allows pet but upon checking-in, the hotel says no pets allowed. my booking also says breakfast was included but the hotel says this is not included. booking.com says no parking available however, there is parking availble in front of the hotel. so, all these needs to be manage by booking.com and the hotel. it was not a good experience for me and my family.

This hotel is not recommendable. Will not visit again.

The receptionists were extremely rude. This is the only hotel we have ever had where guests are required to wash used towels in order for stains to be removed.

Water pressure in the shower is very low. They shouldnt allow guests to swim before 9am because the noise in the pool is heard from the balcony and will disturb other guests still asleep, parking space not enough

Staff were very accommodating, specially the bellboys. Room was clean and spacious, my daughter enjoyed the pool.

Wifi signal in the room was a bit weak, Ac nit so cold, maybe needs some cleaning.

Staff are very helpful, I like the fool . Place is good and the location.

Water heater didn’t work

The room we stayed in had poor air conditioning. The phone in the room doesn’t work. We reported the AC concern to the front desk and the lady responded saying have you tried fixing the settings of the AC?

The staff are excellent. Place is comfort and calm the Pool is Good.. and clean place to stay.

always like coming home .... clean pool ... less crowded on weekdays.
