Xenia Hotel Clark

The breakfast was so good a lot of food to eat.

Theres no AC in the hallway, but overall the place is nice and we are secured.

Staff were great :)

Towels were kinda old and the room was a bit dark .

As I had to go to the airport on the following day, the location is very convenient. Puregold Duty Free is also very near hence you can buy some last minute pasalubong. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was good.

However, it is far from the center. So not convenient for those exploring Clark. Hard to find a taxi or book a grab too. Bed was too hard for me. Location of bed and aircon not good. Swimming pool closes at 7PM and opens at 8AM.

It was a value for money kind of breakfast.

Outdated hotel decors and facilities such as toilet, etc.

Maybe the buffet bfast, not the sophisticated dishes but basic meals.

The hotel is located at the interior part of a condo project with residential units nearer the elevator. Its a long walk to reach the upgraded Jr Suite Rooms. The hallway smells of cigarette fumes. The swimming pool, no shower area, the CR cubicles are closed for repair. The gym was converted into a stockroom/conference room.

The hotel has a casino inside and also the service is very efficient. Value for money

Cockroach in the breakfast. Room was dirty and needs renovation or just accepting fate and closing down.

Rooms were spacious and clean.

Food was not good. No nearby convenience stores nearby.

The place was run down. Toilets have not been cleaned/sanitized property. There are stains on the glass walls and doors. Chairs were not vacuumed. Hallway smells and no air conditioning. Hallways are the same uncleaned and poorly maintained. TV cables have exposed wiring and do not work most of the time.The place needs a MAJOR refurbishment. The place will not pass an inspection test. Never again.

ROOMThe bed was very comfortable and clean. The room was spacious and there were a lot of sockets to charge our devices. We got an upgrade from deluxe to premier so thank you Xenia. BATHROOMThe water pressure was good. BREAKFASTThere were lots of food options. They even served food that are not for breakfast.

ROOMThe TV quality was not good even though the screen was big and after fixing the settings, the picture was not clear. There was an electrical closet in the room bigger than the actual room closet space. It had a small warning sign that says do not open as it can cause electrocution but I saw this sign only after I opened it. The doors to this electrical closet should be locked. What if we had a child with us who is curious about things? This could have caused problems. Just keep it locked and accessible by employees. BATHROOMThe placement of the bidet was not correct and was difficult to use but good thing it had a long flexible steel. There was no ledge to place toiletries like shampoo and soap inside the shower area so we kept opening the shower door and the bathroom eventually got wet. I don't like wet bathrooms, only the shower area should be wet. The shower area door also opened towards the shower area. It should open outward in case the person showering gets into an emergency. You won't be able to open the door if the person showering falls down and is unconscious.HALLWAYThe overall feel of the hotel is that it's an old and outdated hotel so even if it's actually clean, it doesn't feel that way in the hallway. There was even a sour smell like that of vinegar in the hallways leading to our room. BREAKFASTAlthough there were a lot of food options for breakfast, the taste was a bit bland.

The location was ideal since it was near Filinvest Mimosa where the event I was attending was located. We made sure to utilize their facilities by trying their pool and gym - both of which my partner and I enjoyed. There were a lot of parking spaces, too. What made our experience the best wasn’t the property, rooms, or facilities, but their staff who were all polite, attentive, and helpful. They would greet you as you pass by them, and would offer help when needed. Their cafe food were superb, too!! We tried their chef’s pasta, vietnamese bowl, ribs, chicken, fish - all were just soooo good. As a picky eater, I 100% approve!

The bfast is nice… filipino bfast …expected but seems only banana and watermelon is always serve no other fruits

Their room quit old and stinky especially when the first room that they give upon checking smells nit hood and their sofa in living room a lot of stain mark in the sofa… and the bathroom smells not god esp the drainage of shower room after thatbi call to request to change other room cause i cant stay there on the room they provide but yhey easily transfer me in other room w a lityle nice room i thik you must renovate esp the bathroom to old and dirty and full of rust

staff is fine and so is the location..room is nothing special as it is very ordinary.

room could be better and cozy. Breakfast was not to our liking. Coffee was bad. we had to step into a cafe beside in the hotel for a proper coffee.

The room is ok. I’m satisfied the breakfast .But the fresh fruits not enough. Location is ok. Not far in clark airport .

The problem is the elevator always defect .if you go out in the room While waiting the elevator you get sweaty because it’s hot not air-conditioning
