Wild Orchid Resort

Location, pool, bar and restaurant very good

The view from the room was of a concrete wall 6 feet away.

I have stayed here 4 or 5 times before & return & will return there again. I am a satisfied customer of theirs.

It was rainy this last trip there. But nothing you can do about the weather.

Its location to the bars and restaurants of Angeles City. The swimming pools and outdoor areas of the resort.

Staying in the older part of the hotel meant walking up stairs to access the rooms on the upper floors.

Everyone who worked there was absolutely sweet and kind. The restaurant is 24/7 and the food is really good.

I would suggest some updates and hot water. The shower water wasn’t freezing, certainly not hot

Great staff. Great layout. Nice staff. Great location.

We had a conjoining room. The door between the conjoined rooms needs to be soundproofed better.

Location and swimming pool

They had to switch my tv out three times to get a working television, room is much too small for the value

The location and costs were nice. Most importantly the housekeeping staff very friendly.

That stairs to the 3rd floor with my luggage.

The staff were super friendly and always greeted us with a heart warmth smile. The pool was super clean and enjoyable to just relax at.Food was really good and ate at hotel most days because of the quality.Loved my stay here.

No complaints to write.

Good location, easy to walk everywhere, hotel can use a little facelift. It's been around for a while for sure. The staff was really nice, food was good.

Very modern and clean resort with beautiful swimming pools

Menu was a bit minimal

WIFI working fine. Breakfast not consumed. Ordered sandwich was fine. Pool and pool-area ok.

Sometimes confused about different WIFI-SSID's and passwords. But manageable

The best hotel to say in Angeles......staff and food were amazing. My room maid Treasa was very hard working and honest. I lost a large sum of money and she found it and handed back every penny. Will definitely stay here again.

Good Location They are doing big renovation now.The best pool in Angela

The cleaning staff only cleaned the room,But why didn’t clean my patio where faced to pool. When I checked out and about to get in the taxi, but security guard stop me to pay balance of charged without notice which I paid already. Not great communication between work staffs

Location was quite convenient for me

There wasn’t hot water in the shower and the rug seem kind of dirty

Good location, good pool and bar area, but overall our group disappointed with the value for money..We thought better value available, most with breakfast included.

The staff were friendly and helpful, until we checked out early.

The location close to the red light district and the fact that lots of solo males were bringing girls back to the hotel.Parties on balcony until 4am.Offered illicit drugs right outside the property. The fact that staff didn’t even question why we were leaving after only 2 of our 5 night stay.

Location

375 p for an orange juice at breakfast ????and no lift to the top floor ?

I didn’t like any thing about it there was rats running around everywhere while you’re eating

The food was rubbish and overpriced location was rubbish, walk out of the hotel to get harassed immediately in the street for drugs like ecstasy, heroin and Viagra girls trying to pick pocket you , and the hotel was full of old paedophile men with young girls ??

It's not 5☆ but the service is 5☆ plus! Great location, lovely pool, spacious rooms, good gym for a hotel in this price bracket.

It would have been unreasonable to expect anything more.

Hotel staff, swimming pool. Fan in room

Very old interiors.
