Clean, new, modern. Plenty of hot water. Excellent staff and service. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Great location for restaurants and bars.

WiFi didn't work in my room, signal too weak.

The breakfast is plain and for Filipinos, no western version was offered

My room had a defective air-conditioning unit. They moved me to a room that had less floor space. The toilet was clogged and I was blamed.

At the beginning open buffet with very limited choices, then a la carte with more choices. Waiters were friendly and brought the food I liked.Friday and Saturday nights there were live music and dancing. Hotel price is pretty decent. Hotel is next to an open market and also very close to a supermarket. Hotel is also very close to the famous Walking Street. Hotel is not far from the SM mall.

Rest room a bit small but has a strong shower head with hot water. Only one elevator but it didn’t cause a big problem.

Decent location, not too far from airport.

We stayed for 2 weeks and our bedsheets wasn’t changed during our duration

This place is a few minutes walk from SM Clark. There are some massage parlours nearby and 7 Eleven is next to it. The rooms are pretty small and breakfast is horrible. Offering minimal options

Close to all nice hotel and the staff are extremely nice and helpful. food is very nice, quite and room is very clean.

All the staff are very good. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. You will really enjoy what you paid. Hope to come back again.

It was good but not yet 100%

The bathroom was not clean! and it smelled bad not really fresh. This is something that they need to fix

Nice Hotel but Terrible Front office staff for a 4-star hotel

I wouldn't normally leave a bad review about a place because I am in the same industry but I will give this place an exceptionFirst things first, I booked my partner in for Saturday night 15th of April as they are going to attendthe Aurora Music Festival. I decided to book them in again for Friday night so they do not have to worry about checking in at 1 am the Saturday morning.My partner rang them on Thursday night to confirm the booking and they informed us that there was a conflict with booking. com but told us nothing about looking for a new hotel, when my partner arrived at the hotel Friday afternoon they were told that they will be a priority to be relocated to another hotel for Saturday night as there have been overbooking, I had to ask my partner to ring them before 12 am to confirm because I do not want to be looking for a hotel at 7 am (the time they said they will confirm if my partner will have a place to stay for the night or none) I was informed that the front desk staff that they were talking to had an attitude and was not helpful at all. When I thought that they were looking for a place for them I just got a message from booking com that my booking is now canceled.TLDR: I would not book here again because the front desk staff (Ms. Marian Miranda) is just -100.

The location

It smelt. There was only 1 lift, which took too long. The pool was cloudy and small

Breakfast was good. It is only buffet style when they have a certain number of rooms filled. Otherwise, they will make you a to order very nice breakfast which I liked better. The waiter who served most of my meals (the really nice guy who is always snapping his fingers in happiness) knew me by name, always greeted me, made sure all was well with my order, and made breakfast more enjoyable. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very thorough. They are lucky to have such great employees who could easily work at a 5 star resort facility. Everything was very clean in the hotel. The front desk staff work hard and also know every guest by name. They had many white shirt trainees working with experienced staff which tells me they care about improving on an already great hotel. Nice job El Vistra!

Not much to improve on. They do a great overall job on the important aspects of a guest's stay. There were some very minor issues with my room and they took care of them immediately upon request, literally within 5 minutes.

The manager who takes care of the breakfast is amazing. He makes sure everything is perfect with your order, The buffet doesn't have much variety but enough for a decent filin. Staff is superb and kind

Not much to complain about really. Great staff and they all greet you by name so you know they are paying attention to the details of your stay. They will also allow you to store your luggage if you need to travel in between stays

For those who drive and would like to pafk at the Carpark, if your car is low please park outside. The entrance of car park might damage the bottom of the car.

Breakfast was a La cart but it was sufficient and delicious ?Great view in breakfast area. The staff in breakfast area very friendly.

Cleaning of the room, changing the towels was not done daily. But when I mentioned them they took care of it.

A newer hotel with a very nice roof bar and pool area with a panoramic view of the area. The staff were accomodating and helpful. The room was tasteful and a good size with a view to the distance. The parking was convenient.

There was a rumbling noise above our room late at night as we were trying to sleep. We were unsure of the origin and forgot to mention it when we where checking out. As a seasoned traveler, this hotel requires a deposit when checking in and one has to wait for a room check before finalizing the check out. This is a thing at many establishments in the Philippines, except for higher end hotels. This always tempers my impression of the place.

the property is well situated to walking street and very easy to get “trike rides” the hotel staff is very friendly and they’ll even help you to get the rides.

only 1 lift, sometimes it can take slightly longer to move up and down.

All the staff is nice except for 1 person at the front desk. The room and bar area are fantastic!

As I said above all staff are great except for the night shift front desk who harassed me during my stay, if I'm not mistaken his name is Ian Dayrit.

Fluffy pillows, nice compy beds and the bfast buffet with the view. And the location was ok too

There's a gap on my door which sounds came in, no windows and room size is a bit small.

New, nice hotel with modern and clean rooms.
