Queens Hotel

The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. The bed sheet had a smell and everytime they came to make up my room, they do not clean the room they only changed my towels. I wasted my tip to employees that doesn't do their job right.

The beautiful rooftop bar is still closed due to long gone pandemic issues. They need to open it up again!

Price was good and room was nice. Like the view of the pool.

Good location, only 2 min walk off the main drag. Wifi was OK. Food was quite good, both poolside and in-room. Pool area was nice, quiet and clean. Good support when my airport taxi did not arrive 2:30 AM, the frontdesk got me a hotel car in 20 min.

Front desk staff could use a smile, but thats ok. There was scaffolding outside my window, and some loud construction hammering most morning.

Hot water in shower did not work due to faulty mixer valve. They charge for extra pillows. 90 pesos for 1 bottle water in the restaurant...the highest in town!!

Great location and staff, good rooms, well priced.

The only complaint I have is that the pool was fairly cold. They have what looks like a hot tub but in reality it's the same temperature as the pool. On a blazing hot day with the sun overhead this might be ok, but using the pool any time outside of prime sun hours is going to be disappointing for people like me who appreciate a warm pool or hot tub.

The rooms are always clean. For a hotel in the middle of the red light district it is clean quiet and relaxing❤️❤️

The staff at this hotel were the BEST, and when I say the BEST, I mean it. I work in Aviation, and with a World Class airline. As a result of my job profile, I've traveled extensively and stayed in the best hotels all around the world. There are hotel staff who will meet your expectations, and there are those that will exceed your expectations. I just got to know at Queen's Hotel Clark that there are a third kind of staff that will FAR exceed your expectation and go out of their way to accomodate you, as long as you're having a great time. We were a bunch of 10 college friends, who celebrated our 50th birthdays in the Pinas, and Queen's Clark was one of our hotels in the Pinas. We sat by the poolside every night drinking, dancing and eating until way past closing time of the restaurant. The restaurant staff, Chai, Lynn, Mary, Glenda and Amy, were there being the perfect hosts, and catering to all our requests. Our 50th was special because of these special ladies. Location is great too, just a 30-sec walk to the Red Street bars and clubs, and a 15-min walk to SM Clark.

I LOVED everything about this hotel.

dont go there if you like to watch News in the morning, or a Movie on a rainy afternoon......

It is a nice Hotel, Staff is friendly, Rooms are nice, Garden w/ Pool is pretty. The Price is on the high end. I stayed in Queens 5 to 6 times a year since about 2017. Well, now no more. The Management obviously decided to equip the Rooms with new Smart TV’s, but without any channels. The Management expects the Customer to have a Netflix or similar account in order to watch. So if you stay in Queens forget about any BCC, CNN or local news nor any Movie channel’s for a rainy day’s entertainment. This is a hilarious stupid decision of the Management, for that kind of Room rate only to save 100PHP subscription fee per TV per Month…

The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable and conveniently located.

Unfortunately for us there was no iron or ironing board available. After long travels, sure could have used one.

Staff was friendly and attentive. Everyone made you feel at home.

Toilet needs servicing. Getting it to flush was hard. There wasn't enough toilet paper and the facial tissue ran out the second day of my stay.

Location and cleanliness

No tea making facility in room. Must pay extra if you need it. Not value for money.

Super friendly and supportive staff incl. the Manager. Day/Night are very attentive, they took care of my car while I out or in the night.The bed is to die for, I slept like a king. The size of the room and the bathroom is really big compared to other hotels.

There is nothing to mark down what is not in perfect order.

My second time here and it was better than the last. I loved the view, privacy of the room and location. The gym and the staff are always welcoming.

The security, warm staff, from valet, cleaning lady and front desk. The rooms were very clean and beds are comfortable.

Everything was wonderful, no complaints. The staff is always helpful, always willing to accommodate.

Rooms were of a decent size, although a bit run-down.

The hotel is located close to a bar pumping out loud heavy metal music until after 4am on weekdays and 6am on weekends. We had asked in advance for rooms in a quiet location of the hotel. Setting aside the fact that there wouldn't have been any quiet place given the proximity to the bar, they dealt with our special request by placing us in rooms closest to the source of the noise. Reception claimed, ridiculously, that they were unaware of any noise issues at the hotel.
