Kandi Palace

The staff were exceptional and everything went so smoothly. We will definitely return ( actually in Nov.) The food was great, location to other restaurants and SM was good too. The bed and refer were nice sized

The shower need to have something to hold the water in. It splashes out to the rest of the floor too much.

Some of the staff could certainly smile a little bit more, specifically those behind the bar during breakfast hours.

Everything was good in the room. Nice amenities and quiet ambience. Quiet and efficient air conditioning was great after dealing with the noisy window rattlers in other hotels around the Philippines. Polite and professional reception staff

Noise from the corridor outside room. Regularly hearing neighbours coming and going, house keeping staff chatting and elevator noise. This was tolerable though and not noisy too late in the evening. Paid for breakfast and was denied as I arrived at the restaurant 3 minutes past the 10am cutoff. FFS 3 minutes and zero wiggle room was disappointing.

Beautiful property always stay there when visiting Angeles. Have stayed there on various occasions and only realised this time was allowed to use their gym facility on a nearby site, wish i had been told earlier and not found out by a conversation with other tourist.

A large group of Nigerians not residents disturbing the piece by the pool on a couple of occasions. Other than that everything perfect as usual.

Fantastic place to stay . Kandi palace has everything you need . The staff are amazing , they are very helpful and always friendly . We will be back again in the new year .

THE T. V. WAS A HEADACHE. SOMETIMES A CHANNEL WORKS.SOMETIMES THEY DON'T VERY INCONSISTENT. 2 REMOTES, TO MAKE IT FUNCTION. IT WAS A HARD TIME, NOT EASY TO OPERATE TV AT ALL. PLEASE UPGRADE.THANK YOU.

Very poor

The room was very dirty. There was hair in the sheets and on the pillows. A lot of dust on the furniture. There was also cockroach in the room and it’s not normal. The room is also very loudly and we heard all the life in the street. In addition, the sheets felt strong the perfume maybe for hide another smell ?

Everything was good .Staff very helpful.The location is near the walking street(about 500 meters ).Room was big and very nice decorate .Wifi was very fast .Generally the hotel is super.

Breakfast must be more genarous.The bathroom wasnt the best part of the room ,you must put a glass there because all the water come out .

The breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced.

The cable signal on the television was terrible! I contacted the front desk four times. A technician repaired the problem temporarily but the signal continually went out. I didn't have cable for two days.

Location is good, all can be reached by food (except for the Clark museum. The stuff of the hotel was amazing, I had a trouble due to illness and they helped me finding a Solution

Always stay at Kandi Palace, decir and service best in area. If ever you stay over Christmas or New Year make sure you book the buffets, again best value and a little bit of style with the man playing the Grand Piano.

Was a bit worried about the Kuoy Carp in the large tank as the filter didn't seem to be working properly.

Breakfast was what I was expecting. Room and facilities were excellent. Concierge was excellent and helpful.

Breakfast staff member was surly and not pleasant. Got upset because I requested a "teaspoon" to stir my tea. Whew.

There is nothing not to like about this place. The gym is at Kandi tower just a short morning walk which I enjoyed. The staff was great, Nik gave me some useful tips and just really enjoyed my stay. I almost stayed longer just to eat more of the menu
