Everything !The room was spacious and comfortable !The staff went out of there way to make sure all our needs were met and even cooked breakfast for me that I could eat as I don’t eat pork.In my opinion most of the reviews that are bad are people complaining about insignificant things.It’s an awesome place and will stay again!

They have 2 entrance but only can use 1 which inconvenience if you have room on another side and have some suit case.

It was clean, quiet and quite good value.

Too far from everything

Breakfast was good but catered to the Thai taste. Location was not revalent to us since we were only there for the night.o

It is an older hotel and doesn’t have an elevator, although it is only 2 stories high. The rooms are Very small and the door has a key lock.

Reasonable price for room to stay for a night. No coffee in the room but there was a coffee table at the lobby. Breakfast was good, lot of food to fill your empty stomach after a long sleep.Staff were nice and willing to help with smile ? on their faces.My friend forgot her sunglasses in the room. They quickly notified us and we got it back. Nice job.

The shower regulator (hot/cold) was a disaster. The water supply was mostly cccccccold and very hard to adjust. This was a real turn off for us.A/C extremely loud, had to shut it off.

The bed was dirty and uncomfortable the shower hot water not work all the time and the drain kept blocking the telephone kept ringing for no reason

Buffet breakfast.Fresh coffee.Staff in the restaurant good service.Comfortable bed.No lift but the bellboy/doorman help us accordingly.All in all good and recommendable.

A comfortable modern hotel with good facilities. The breakfast was outstanding. All the staff were charming and always willing and able to assist. The location of the hotel was good, even though at first it appeared to be a long way from the centre. Beds and rooms comfortable so, all in all, a hotel I would recommend.

Wonderful breakfast, great and considerate staff ,good value for your money.

The water to the shower was inconsistent either too hot or too cold. Trying to figure out the air conditioning was too complicated, so had inconsistent cool air.

Excellent assistance with a check-in problem we had. Cordial and ever present staff throughout our stay. International buffet breakfast.

Maybe a hook or two in the bathroom would be useful, as a few more clothes hangers, but very minor hints.
