Location: not far from airport and there is shopping mall at the hotel.

The room had dunk smell and this was disgusting, although the room looked clean. There were 2 pillows in the room for 2 people. Extra pillow costs ฿100 each. Food was unpleasant. Too many guests in the hotel compared with the number of elevator.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished, with a particularly comfortable bathroom that added to the overall sense of relaxation. The pool area was lovely — a great spot to unwind — and the gym, though basic, was fully functional and met my needs. The hotel’s location is another major plus, conveniently close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area without needing transport.

Unfortunately, the experience was somewhat overshadowed by the lack of soundproofing; the walls were so thin that conversations from neighbouring rooms and even from across the hallway were clearly audible, which affected rest and privacy. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing — limited in variety, unappetising, and quite repetitive — more akin to a low-cost buffet than a hotel standard. With some improvements to noise control and food quality, this hotel could easily become a top choice for travellers.

The staff were great, the restaurant was really good. The swimming pool was also really good.We really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel is above restaurants and shopping mall ( although outdated in comparison to the new central plaza) - pool &massage and spa available… with night market at hotel car park.

Lack of cushions for presidential suite and kettle not working on second day … no milk or tea & coffee supplies. Usually , a hotel of this calibre would provide all the above items with complementary cookies& milk in fridge.

The room was fantastic also was suitable for my wheelchair as I am disabled ,the hotel was in a prime location and was clean ,staff was pleasant and polite . It was situated beside a 5 floor shopping mall and outside near the car park was a large Thai night market which was every night . I didn’t have the breakfast in the hotel but had a meal which was really nice so I would say the breakfast would be more than good !

Rooms were spacious and clean. Easy to control aircon.Markets , supermarket, food court and shops just beneath the hotel. Kfc lovers - its right next door!

Reception was efficient and very helpful .The room was ok. The shopping plaza and cinema were a pleasant suprise.

The breakfast was a little disappointing. I pot of coffee and 1 pot of tea. Even though these were always topped up. You almost always in smaller establishments have a better quality and choice of tea and coffee. Also the chair covers at breakfast were grubby and dirty. Considering the rest of the hotel ,this did let them down.

Fairly good location

They billed me as an an advance pre paid stay but did not inform me of this. Was hoping to use a different form of payment but bill had been paid prior to check out., I stayed in what they call the presidential suite… don’t be fooled my the name, the suite was pretty big and clean, but far far from the things one would expect in a Presidental suite.Though I paid for the most expensive room in the hotel, I was billed 100 Thai baht for an extra pillow.. the pillows in the room were poor quality and at or near the end of their serviceable life. The rented extra pillow was no better.I was later informed that the rental of this near worn out pillow was a daily rate, so I was charged 100 baht for each of the two nights… I talked to the desk agent about the pillow rental and asked them to waive the ridiculous charges.. thier reply was, that is the hotels policy.. this is even more frustrating when I found at a nearby major department store pillows of greater quality priced well under 100 baht.. to be charged nearly 4 times the cost of a new pillow for 2 nights rental is consistent with the other expendables such as coffee and water… the towels were of poor quality and worn.. I don’t doubt that they would have charged me rent if I wanted an extra towel…. My overall impression of the hotel was that it pinched Pennys by cutting back on and/or charging a fee for something that should be. Complimentary, especially while occupying the “presidential suite” the tickets for the breakfast that came with the room rate appeared to be guarded as if treasure that they only gave out when asked…oh, in the restaurant I was charged an upgrade fee to have a Cappachino rather than getting the old overcooked coffee dispensed from and industrial sweat shop type of coffee maker.. I could go on, but I think I have given enough feedback for customers to realize they are being way oversold by the description given by the hotel… a real disappointment to a seasoned traveler

I have stayed in 3 hotels during my visit to Thailand, Sunee was by far the best! The staff was amazing, super kind and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, the swimming pool was beautiful, the hotel was directly connected with a big shopping center, in front of the hotel is the famous food market, and our room was like a small appartment with a giant double bed.When it comes to price/quality this hotel is simply unbeatable!

The wifi had to be re-connected every day and sometimes I had to wait an hour to be re-connected, but this is just a minor thing to me.

Comfortable room, good breakfast, nice pool and spa. Friendly staff. Hotel if choice when in UBon
