great location, great price

quite basic, especially the breakfast

A recently renovated hotel with basic, clean modern rooms. New tile floors and lighting, comfortable soft beds & clean linens, new AC and updated bathroom with good water pressure. Basic breakfast buffet you’d find in Isaan. Chinese, Japanese, Western steak, and Thai restaurants within walking distance.

No porter to help you with your bags if you have more than 1 carry-on. Only 1 pillow per person.

Easy to find, located well for Songkran.Small Japanese cafe at ground level was nice.

Air conditioning unit was about to jump out of the wall. It was the noisiest unit I have come across.Breakfast was average at best, everything was cold and we were the first in there that morning.

The breakfast needs a serious rethink it may just about be ok for Thais but certainly is not for foreigners so if the hotel budget does cover a more interesting breakfast then put the price up by 50baht and it will and the hotel will still be well staying in

Location was right in downtown

Our key card was not registered till our clock out time which was noon. The cleaning lady had to open our room for us to pack and check out

Everything is good

Very clean hotel with good facilities for a good price. Location convenient for the Voda Tower and Park and easy transport from bus station.Small shop on site for drinks, noodles etc plus Chinese restaurant with decent Chinese and Thai food. Small buffet breakfast included. Very good and powerful shower.

Superior room, after some language differences that worked out on day 2. The staff was extremely helpful, the restaurant alot of times empty served fantastic food, more people need to try it.noise level good, will stay again

When I downsized to a smaller room

Smelly air conditioner and noise from street.

parking lots are not enough for guests. A guard who take care of the parking is not helpful.

did not eat breakfast - did not look good.

first room stunk so bad we had to move. we booked 8 mos in advance and they changed our room to two single beds. we think it is the plumbing that stunk. we arrived in the morning and there appeared to be plenty of rooms available but they would not let us check in without paying extra! did not eat breakfast as it did not look good!

Modern hotel, clean room, central location, free parking, good breakfast (although would be even better if they offered a selection of cerealsj).

Like so many chain hotels, the M Grand did not provide a mirror above the table/desk located directly opposite the bed. How are ladies supposed to apply makeup? I am of the opinion that most hotel bedrooms are designed by men. Also, as usual, there were not enough hooks to hang coats, robes and other items.
