The room has very panoramic views but the curtains and windows do not open.

Super fun that it was an actual pyramid shaped hotel! We loved the pool! The location was pretty great too. There is a beautiful lake a super short walk from the hotel with alot of paths for biking and walking. Bonus is a super awesome playground for kids! The staff were super kind at the hotel too.

Although super grateful there is a fitness center, the equipment isn't very well maintained. Some of the cardio machines don't work. But happy to make do with what was provided. Also a little thrown off that some of the breakfast items that should be kept cold were just on the counter. All turned out OK though! We booked 2 rooms. One for a single person and 1 for 2 adults with a child. We had to make up the kids bed which was a pull out. No big deal. Except....the comforter for it had a huge yellow stain and no pillow in sight. We had to ask for new bedding and a pillow for it. I kinda thought it would've been made up and clean when we arrived but alas. The free WiFi only connected the first night and never again so hat wasn't great. Oh and the worlds tiniest shower! Great use of space but barely enough room to turn around in!

Decent room, quiet, nice location by the lake.

Breakfast was avarage, sauna was cold, pool water was cold, restaurant dinner took a long time to get the food.

The hotel looked like it was nice 30 years ago. Not good value for money, very outdated . Despite the room being clean the curtains weren't washed for a long time. Very limited options at breakfast , and questionable quality of ham served. Rooms were very dark as the curtains were difficult to open despite the beautiful views outside. I wouldn't stay there again. Not sure how it is 4 stars

A very small room with no possibility to open the window. The pool and gym are very small. Sauna with extra payment.

Breakfast was not as usual.....scrambled eggs cold and almost empty...not refilled, in spite that staff was almost each time present. Only herb baguette available.....no rolls anymore for having a roll with jam....rolls as well not filled up.... I was looking forward for a crunchy roll with jam....and not jam on herb baguette.... I would like, that staff would take more care about such things.....as it was at my previous stays.

It was very clean, the food was very good, and the staff were very helpful. Would fully recommend.

I had lots of dead flies around the shade from the lightbulb disgusting, not the best shampoo and bodywash for expensive hotel, furnitures very very old seems like they save money to keep business going

Only the location!!! It is a shame in such excellent location people don’t know how to do business to attract tourists. Nor how to be polite when something is wrong with the room.

Property was filthy!Bathroom had build up dirt for months possibly which have changed to mould the lovely looking bathroom. Such a shame and waist of equipment. Windows are not opening. We understand safety first. Then you should have excellent running air conditioners. Instead was dusty and blowing so much nasty air. If you have asthma like me,you are doomed. Kettle had stali nasty water in. We had to clean it ourselves as when we found out as it was after dinner and too late to call anyone to replace it.We informed resectionist about the filthy bathroom. The lady apologised. Then they send someone to clean it. We went out to give them time and chance to make it up. When we got back it was slightly better but not 4 star experience. No where near even one star. If I could give negative rate would choose “-4 stars”.When we complained to the receptionist this time a male. He just stayed” I guess you are leaving tomorrow then”. NoApologies or anything to offer to make it up for the situation. We try to sleep and think about to find another hotel on the next day. But as we lie down we all felt breathless. With all the theme of Anubis- the guardian of the death felt like having the real experience of sleeping in Tutankhamen’s tomb for real experience. Only sarcophagus instead of beds were missing. We decided we are moving in different hotel and checked out before midnight.

The location of the hotel is pretty good close to the nice lake, good for running or spending time with kids. Breakfast was okay, I little bit missing pancakes, but generally there was a lot of to choice. Apartment was clean.

Mattress was used a lot, quite uncomfortable. The shower needs to be replaced soon.

If you think about 4 stars hotel this is not the same standart. Equipment in room is pretty old. I was try to find someone at 8pm in reception and even in restaurant and took me 10 minutes find staff.

Breakfast was good, plenty of choice.I liked the location beside the lake. Good for walks.

room was large but ill thought out eg TV poorly situation, breakfast was awful eg fried eggs burnt (crispy) and looked as though they had been dropped on the floor and scooped up - swimming pool was small, showers didn't work, sauna not working, towelling robes provided were very rough and scratchy; weeds everywhere, property needs proper maintenance.

Great location, free parking outside the hotel.

Rooms were quite old fusión.
