We would appreciate disposable hotel slippers and bathrobes. However, this is not a critical lack that would discourage us from visiting again.

There was a wedding party until very late with extremely loud music that interupted sleeping

It was clean and everything was beautiful

The room is too cold put heaters

Comfortable room, good location, tasty breakfast.

It was a little bit too chilly in the room, it was not possible to turn the radiator up more.

Kitchen staff had music blaring & room I stayed in was above kitchen so very hot & had window open could hear it even more, when asked to turn it down had intermittent banging on the walls from staff & music turned up in protest, below room was kitchen staff entrance which was also used as social gathering & smoking spot so got cigarette smoke blown into room, also refrigerated unit below room with motor running at random times & staff accessing refrigerator at all hours, request not to stay in room 124

Location: 160-170 Zl from KTW or 60-70 Zl from downtown by well-recognized budget taxi service ;) . Paprocańskie Lake is just in few bus stops from the hotel, so there is a great chance to have a walk & enjoy a wonderful views,Breakfast: absolutely fantastic! Variety & quality of the food is amazing!SPA: cedar sauna was great! Not really crowded (at least at a time of attendance), neat & clean, English speaking staff. Room: clean & tidy.Sleeping quality: (very subjective opinion) pillows suited to me perfectly, especially the small one. (It was so touching! I recalled my childhood)

Sleeping quality: mattress. Two singles merged together & foam sheet on top can be barely called a proper king-size. Room: a bit old-fashioned, especially bathroom.Towels: in reasonable condition, but could be larger.

Arena hotel is very nice hotel i used for stay in my Business trip. Comfortable room, tv with internet and good restaurant. Breakfast contains many kinds of food and diner was very tasty as well.

Personnel at reception did not work very friendly and some waiters in restaurant as well.Shower in bathroom is fixed to the wall and it is not practical.

Breakfast was very good. Room is big . Employees are very nice.

There is no refrigirater and sef in the room. There is no sckets near the bed and it is very havey to plug mobile phone. I plug my in the bathroom.

Really nice spa. Welcoming staff with really good English. Nice and fresh hotel.

Really uncomfortable bed. Noisy during the night with staff moving furniture outside my room at around 11 pm. Also poor ventilation and very warm even though it was not warm outside.

The hotel is bit old fashion. In summer it's impossible to stay in the "Sauna" like room. No aircon and the small fan in the room is not able to lower temperature. To get a sleep was nearly impossible. Room to hot,and because of a load compressor no option to sleep withopen window, it's so noisy. If you stay in warm season time do not get a room in 2nd floorand try to get a room to the outside walls. Then it should work.

Hotel was really beautiful, the restaurant and the bar was modern and the staff was nice. The room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was good, so much to choose from. The best part was wellness, it was wonderful. When we arrive , the wellness was empty so we were alone there and the same at the morning. The sauna was amazing, also the jacuzzi and the pool was nice but little bit colder than we expected. Overall it was great, and the price was perfect.

The only reason I give 8/10 it’s that the room didn’t have air conditioning. There was a little fan, it helped but not much. And also there was no minibar at room or at least small fridge, but it’s okay for one night?

the room fit out doesn't reflect the nice and new fit out of the common areas and wellness - its seemed outdated and a little tired;the room didn't have an AC, just a fan;

We liked everything: from a clean comfortable apartment with all amenities to a beautiful richly equipped SPA center.Separately, I would like to note the delicious and varied Buffett breakfast

- clean apartment- VERY good bathroom - there are shower and bath and bidet - so comfortable for family- breakfast is included, has nice variety of food- parking on the hotel territory if free- nice and friendly staff on reception- comfortable bed/cushions/blankets

- very good for long stay with using spa and all possible facilities, but for us as for one night was expensive- no fridge in room - need some carpet in bathroom, because of slippery floor- no elevator ( hard to move all suitcases to the 3rd floor)
