Romantic Khon Kaen Hotel

Location

The windows and door are not noise-proof. Air conditioning is old and loud. So we were not able to sleep. At night we also see cockroach walking around.

Nice rooms

When arrived staff was not too curtious took forever to Ck in

The room was comfortable and had that added kitchen space too

Our room was facing a warehouse so had no real view.

Friendly staff, excellent service, room is very cleaned. Very happy.

Friendly staff, excellent service, very cleaned room.

Spacious, clean and comfortable room (suite). Good location near city center. Great value for the money.

No soap at bathroom sink. This has been mentioned by other reviewers. Managememt should resolve this simple inconvenience.

Lovely spacious room. Very helpful and accommodating reception

The breakfast was very average, lacking well trained staff

Lovely rooms, great breakfast. Friendly staff.

The air conditioning unit was probably for a bigger room ?

excellent hotel.profetional personel.rooms clean,spacious,good location,easy access to the center.

We had a family room with connecting rooms and kitchenette which was well laid out and great for our family. Location was convenient for getting to central shopping mall and right across the street from the annual Khon Kaen silk festival. Staff were all friendly and breakfast buffet was great for the price.

The air-con in the main bedroom was a little noisy. Despite having a kitchenette and microwave, there were no plates or cutlery, however they were provided on request from the reception staff.

very good happy with all aspects of my stay and was a value, partner was able to check in on own and was with family. Breakfast was good with a decent selection of items and location was where IU wanted to be bases on detination next day.

friendly Staff, nice and clean Room, good breakfast. 10 Point from me ?

Stayed here many times while in the city.Chose 2 bedroom suite this time.Manager gave us a better room due to not so good WiFi on first room so very nice of him.

All good

Great hotel for the price. Easy parking, no hassle

Breakfast is awful

Alwaysvstag here in Khon Kaen.Very clean and ftiendly.Deluxe twin, 2 beds.

It was fine. It was a quiet room for the night. If you wanted a swimming pool and close to the city, stay elsewhere

Big clean room, balcony with ash tray, breakfast was great for the room price, 10 mins walk to walking street, 10-15 mins walk to 7-11, ate at the local restaurant, situated from left side of hotel main entrance (10 mins walk, for those who arrive/check in after 7pm) foods was fresh, delicious and budget friendly.

bathroom flooring was slippery, lighting not bright enough (suggestion-reposition lighting, change switch to dimmer switch). Owner can consider re-design/refit the room space, preferably simplicity....

No soap for washing hands in bathroom sink. Had to reach into the shower stall and awkwardly push the shower soap handle to get some soap to wash my hands. A first class hotel should do better than this.

Like the privacy in my suite room.Complimentary daily water.in glass bottles. Housekeeping daily.

There's a kitchen with no kitchenware for cooking. Full cabinets. Fridge. Microwave kettle Cups. And that's allThe breakfast buffet is less than good. Minimum choice for western and arabs.

The room was spacious with a separate kitchen area, bathroom and large balcony. The staff were extremely helpful. Our car broke down near the hotel and a staff member took us in his truck to jumpstart it. He was very king and helpful ?
