Mantra Varee Hotel

This was a great place to stay and I'm happy I chose this hotel for my first visit ever to Khon Kaen. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable and were extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast location was easy to find and the food was amazing.

A better idea would be a chart/map providing the various locations in the hotel. I never did find the fitness room

The pool was nice ,covered parking

Property ,rooms are outdated needs a complete remodel. Look like 1974.

Nice, guiet, modest - ok for a person who can sleep on hard mattress and does not need clean water in swimmingpool.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, plenty hot water in shower, good breakfast selection, plenty of parking, very helpful staff.

The WIFI, most times it was barely adequate so most of the time I used my own internet.

Very Clean.Staff very nice.Breakfast good.Only there for 1 night?

All ok

Breakfast was good, and the location is central. Many nice temples there within walking distance.Plenty of parking spaces. Staff is very friendly.

There was no room service in the afternoon/evening.

The room was large, air conditioner was quiet, otherwise the hotel is more typical for locals, with hard bed mattress and not many items at breakfast for foreigners.

Coffe taste at breakfast was poor, lack of food choices for breakfast, air conditioner cold air blowing toward the bed.

Too far from city center. No restaurants or shops near by. Left after three night without any refund for the in used paid for nights

Cold egg breakfast,

Thai breakfast very good. English breakfast poor. Restaurant adjacent to hotel and part of same ownership, I think, was very good and reasonably priced.

Location is far away from centre. Needed to drive to bars.

Good location and friendly staff

Tha AC wasn't working correctly

Well there was a room if you could call it that.

Small TV, Rude Staff, Dirty Pool....I can go on and on but there is a word limit.

Location, cheap but you get what you pay for.

Dated, very basic.

spacious room

room layout could be better. more power outlets

Large bed and roomBathroom is big Clean

traffic in the city

Room good aircoon room.good bathroom.good

Good pool but no steps difficult to.get out for old man

The pool was good and the location was good

The hotel was clean but needs updating the room was a little poor and the walls were very stained, and the breakfast was not a lot of options

No porter to help with luggage, and i had my wife in a wheelchair, three girls behind the counter and not one offered to help.ive stayed in 400 to500bht hotels better than this.do you want a photo?why have a big shelf surround around the bed?

Cleanliness & location

Services. I ticked an extra bed, but they just didn't prepare it. They said Booking.com didn't not tell them by email. I had to pay extra money. Plus, the air con in the room didn't work properly. I had to move to another room, so frustrating.

Big clean room.

No shop ,no food around

The pool was great. The central location near Beung Kanikorn was just what we were after and the receptionist kindly loaned me her phone. Basic but adequate breakfast.

The gym gear needs some attention. The aircon in the gym needs fixing or a fan would have been nice a nice alternative.
