The location was good, Service was good. The Breakfast was delicious.

Spacious rooms, Friendly staff. You're close by to most things. Just a 15 minute walk to central Khon kaen.

The Internet was very slow. I was getting 3mbs download speed. And equal upload.

Comfortable bedQuiet location but close to bars and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Nothing to mention

Very reasonably priced hotel, close to town centre. Plenty parking, decent rooms, staff friendly, nothing to disappoint.

Wonderful breakfast mention served but lovely staff. Good amount of dishes on offer. Amazing swimming pool.

Clean and good value for money

Buffet breakfast could be better

I didn't have breakfast

Arrived at checkin was abit of a mix up about payment . I took it as I paid booking .com . Bit of a nightmare.

Room area is comfortable , have an area for baggage and other stuff laid.

location is in the city very near to famous restaurant (aem-oat) and you can found many street food in the evening

seem they forget to clean the mirror in the bathroom

An ok hotel for Khon Kaen with a good location and alright room size. Pretty standard facilities but very dated for what it was. It was ok for staying there for one or two nights maximum and it accmmodated my stay quite well.

I felt like an inconvenience the moment I checked in, rude reception staff and the atmosphere felt very hostile the moment I got my room card. Just pointed to the lift and said "go up, your room is number 706" no indication of floor number or directions or anyhting so I had to guess (7th floor obviously but still). Very dated hotel and aircon was noisy as well, bed was quite uncomfortable and there was a lot of mold in the room. At 500 odd baht a night, this felt like an utter rip off. Very aggressive inconsiderate cleaning staff who shouted at me when I came back from a work meeting at 10am having been there for 3 hours (longer than I anticipated, nothing I could do about it) and was barked at that check out was at 9am!!! You need to leave!! Utterly disrespectful and never had anything like it in my time. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE GUYS!

The room was very clean and the domestic staff a very efficient. The breakfast is also exceptional value for money.

The only bar is a karaoke bar. This can be a little disconcerting especially if you don't speak Thai.

have extra “bed” for my 7y/o kid

toilet is not clean, got hair. and lots of mirror, but not clean.

Matres and the pillow was soft and comfortable. Bed King size very nice.

Leaking from the aircond caused water dropping heavily. I could not sleep at night. Since I was exhausted I forced to sleep huhu.

It was easy to locate the place and accessible to malls nearby

the breakfast was supposed to start at 6.30. I came at 6.30 and they were not yet ready.

Very nice staff and the room was comfortable. Excellent value.

The only problem was the design of the shower made it impossible to not wind up with a wet floor allover the bathroom. Otherwise it was very nice.
