The Terminal Hotel

Good location. Easy to get to city center for sightseeing. Plenty of parking. Room is spacious and quite clean. Good size bathroom. The staff are very friendly.

The little street that hotel located is quite datk at night.

10/10. Location amazing, staff super friendly, huge room, clean and comfortable and great value for money. Everything you could ask for.

The Railway themed restaurant breakfast was good. The spacious room was recently decorated with great attention to detail as a period train carriage, which train buffs would love.

The design of the hotel, its spacious room and surrouding. The food is good especially the pizza. Location is very convenient.

Clean and comfortable, good breakfast and they even have a good pizza !

At night the air conditioning starts running and the motor is just outside the room and makes a lot of noise.

Firstly is staff, all of them are friendly, polite and respectful to the guests.I lost my ring and was my mistake throwing away in the bin with a bottle lid. I remembered the other should be in the bin, luckily the bin wasn’t taken from the council yet. The staff and house keeper searched in the rubbish and found it. I was so glad and grateful for that and gave them some tip and presents.really appreciated and recommended for this hotel.

Good design and not boring. My husband chose this hotel because of the decoration.

Great friendly service good location great food

Nil

Big room. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Cafe on site. Included breakfast was good.

No elevator.

Decoration as train station.

They don't provide mirror in the room for make up, need to go to bathroom.

Comfortable and clean, very polite staff.

Close to train station. Can walk to local night market Staff friendly and very helpfulRooms spacious Good coffee at breakfast

Breakfast was cold Very poor fruit selection in spite of lots of lovely local fruits in markets Tap for sink in bathroom only cold water

Decoration and Size of the room

Water leaked through the window, dust IN bedside wall lamp.Poor picture quality of TV service

Big nice shower. And very good bed. And the breakfast was very good and many kind of food to choose from in the very big and nice restaurant

Its not easy to find location on Google but we like it

Ubicación

Cheaty thai people. Be warned and be careful. Charged me money for smoking eventhough I didn’t smoke only for having and empty cigarette packet on the paper bin and showed me that as proof…. Bad people

The room is rooming.

The bathroom was too dark, no shelves to put your bathroom things on. No hooks for towels, bathroom window not closable and very noisy when train went by few times during the night.

Room ok, very good food in the on site restaurant.

Very noisy aircon and bed not very comfortable

Big comfortable room, everything was clean. Breakfasts are customizable and delicious. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room looks cool, has good lighting. Bathroo. Is good size. Ac and hot water worked well.

Main thing I didn't like is that the hotel is next to a train and when the train passes it is very loud. Didn't happen to frequently, but it definitely was audible. Beds are firm. Internet was very inconsistent.

Disappointed

Lasagne in the restaurant was awful. Originally served, it was not heated through. After another microwave session, it was hot but the cheese was like rubber. Receptionist needs to speak and read English. I asked for an even numbered room on the original booking and was allocated number 9. I complained and was given 18/2 - way at the other end of the hotel. Not good PR

Just the style of the way its set out !! "The Terminal" just like a train terminal and rooms are like Carriages.

Nothing at all there, No Pool and nothing close to Hotel not even a 7/11

Excellent location for all areas of entertainment, the Terminal cafe sells amazing pizza and bread a bit of a hidden gem. Nice staff ?
