Bright Hotel Khon Kaen

Newly upgraded room, bed is comfortable. The sound proof is good. The included breakfast is decent for the price. The price is very good!

Everything could be done better. The lobby decoration is awful, it represents the owner's taste but not all customers would like it. The towels are very old, the room is not well cleaned. The shower is either too hot or cold, very difficult to adjust. The surroundings are neglected. We found some long hair which not ours. The location is out of town.

The air conditioning in the room was not very good; we were hotter than we would have liked to be even though we tried setting it lower. It was also quite noisy air conditioning too.The breakfast was not that good; a couple of the dishes didn't taste great (e.g. - there were some fish bones in the fish basil stir fry). Also, the fried eggs were cold.

The staff was great when I needed any help to catch a taxi I will stay there again I was there for 1 week

It has a good bed, comfortable pillows, and a tranquil room. Excellent small fitness room.

The floors produce a click-clack sound when walking (fortunately, I stayed in the deepest room). The breakfast buffet has fewer options than other hotels.

Although the website indicated that English speaking was available, it was not (so this was a slight inconvenience). The staff did call 'someone ' who was able to support. Overall, it was a pleasurable experience.

Cozy and quiet since it is quite away from the city center, but not too far. Close to TonTan market so it is easy to find places to eat. Safe to walk around at night. Hotel is very clean. Staff were very helpful.

I stayed here a few years ago when it first opened and sugested to the management and on my review at that time it would be in their interest to have at least one English language tv channel but still have not added one.The hotel is convenient for travellers, very clean and obliging staff, safe parking snd adequate breakfast.

First morning ordered off the menu and second morning was a buffet. The breakfast was very good.

The room had been closed for awhile, heat built up in the room to an unbearable temperature. The room took several hours to cool and the bed was still very hot at bedtime. I only got a couple of hours of sleep on the first night. The second night was great with no problems.

Great location, clean, comfortable. The rooms are a bit small but not bad. Cozy and updated.

The 500 baht deposit for the key is so stupid. You can’t pay with credit card and if you don’t have cash you have to go to the ATM. Remove this ridiculous policy.
