I chose this hotel because of its workspace, and I was very comfortable working here for a few days. The AC works well, with an auto setting (which is not necessarily standard in Thailand), and so does the wi-fi. The room was spacious and well appointed. Excellent value for money.

The location seemed slightly unsavory, but was within walking distance of a few cafes. The hotel restaurant does not offer dessert.

About 1 km walk to nightlife and restaurant area, very hot and humid , not many taxis about. A pool would have been nice.

The breakfast line is clean and the food is tasty, there are variety of choices. My kids enjoyed the food. I would recommend to my friend.

This is a modern, large hotel with helpful parking attendants and polite housekeeping. I would consider staying there again, should the need arise, particularly if I was traveling for work.

Not maintaining the rooms. There were so many scuffs, scratches and marks on the walls in the room, they should be embarrassed to have put us in there. It would only take a fresh coat of paint and Gyproc repairs to make it look new. If they dont start investing in repairs and maintenance, I can see this hotel falling apart in 5 years. That would be disappointing.

Nice hotel, helpful staff, reasonable prices.

Room condiments (tea & coffee) were minimal and not enough for two people.Wasn't such a good location for exploring by foot, you need to take taxis.

In my 7 days stay, breakfast were almost the same everyday. Some change will be good. The lights n aircon in the restaurant are always not switched on when we came down for breakfast at 6.15am. The room was stuffy. Even when we started eating, the staff did not bother to turn on the lights. I had to go n request for the lights to be switched on.

The breakfast was poor. The bedroom was compact. It was OK if you wanted just to close your eyes and sleep
