Big room. Comfortabel beds and pillows. Spacious bathroom.

Noisy big airconditioner outside servicing the hotel. Once an above average hotel with a special design but now in need of a restoration of the outdated rooms.

the Hotel is very central for shopping Dinning out you can walk to restaurants and bars and there was off street parking.

the room I was given was not as big as the picture advertised it was clean and tidy but everything felt a little bit tired.

I enjoyed my stay. I love the location, very close to bars. I can walk to 7-11 like 5 minutes away. Love the bath tub. The room is carpeted. The atmosphere in dining room is so nice.

When run shower ,all of the room floor was flooded very dangerous!!!!!!

The staff were great, very obliging and polite.Parking was great, walking distance to restaurants, shops and markets. With a restaurant and bar next door.

The place could do with some TLC. It would have been magnificent when new, but it is starting to show it's age. Having said that I would still stay there again.

Soft mattress, parking, Shower temperature and price

Too dark in bathroom, living area and even the hallway. Furniture and fixtures are in need of replacing as old and worn out. Our particular room was just too narrow for the size of the bed. Bass heard from live music, even on 7th floor.

Reception is very good.The staff are friendly and the hotel is a good value

The Hotel can be seen from a distance but finding the entrance is a little. tricky.

I always get rooms with breakfast included in the morning when I went to go get breakfast they said that I did not have it included on my reservation I always do that it's part of my reason for staying where I stand this is a terrible hotel

The WiFi was excellent as were the staff and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was expensive.

Room was comfy. Restaurant was closed due to COVID however we were given a room upgrade to compensate for it. Bed was comfy. Room and bathroom were spacious. AC was excellent at keeping the room cool. All staff were excellent. Handy location for the center of Khon Kaen.

Lukewarm showers and bath as we were on a top-floor room. In fairness, we were warned about it upon receiving the upgrade. Parking spaces in front of the hotel were fairly tight but there's a separate parking lot just up the street. That being said, I'd still recommend staying here.

Great location good price

Lobby smelt really like mouldy carpet. Air con in the room would not change temp it was freezing. Bath tub/shower was so high from floor level tripped twice. Lighting very poor. WiFi not much good.

The room was spacious and comfortable. I enjoyed the bathtub and bathroom in general. The staff were lovely.

The lighting was a bit dim, but I didn't mind it much. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed due to COVID.

The staff are just very kind and friendly. They have done well in assisting the customers and meeting their needs of all kinds.

The lighting in the room is simply very insufficient. My friend stayed in a room with a standing lamp, while our room is short of it. ( unless they think the indirect purple light on the ceiling could be counted as "lamp" as well )Also there's hair on the white table which made it hard to ignore. My legs also felt itchy when sleeping with duvet wrapped around...could be me overreacted with the hair, but I did see a few red marks on my legs the next day.

Location and pricing.

Karaoke nearby open until 5:00 am, could not sleep. This is illegal by the law.Chiller plan located close to the room and very noisy.

As soon as you arrived your parking spot was allocated, the help for transporting your luggage was first class, the receptionist was helpful. A bath as well as a shower was niceThe hotel is situated in the town so lots of places to eat or bars to drink. Breakfast was perfect, plenty to choose from and good staff.

The room was a little smaller than I expected.
