Great facility, fantastic views

Like many hotels in Khon Kaen the room was slightly dated. The fire alarm went off falsely at 2 am and there was no compensation for that...

Good location, polite staff, comfy bed.

Room rates are a bit high. It’s not Bangkok….

Spotlessly clean, in the center of Khon Kaen, beautiful view. The staffs friendliness is exemplary and makes you feel like at home. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Khon Kaen.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the delicious breakfast. Good service not only in the hotel but also in co-working space and cafe also.

Everything is great. Very modern and clean with amazing facilities. Location is perfect and not far from all the stores and restaurant.

I wish that they had more family oriented room.

Excellent staff as is always the case with wonderful friendly Thai people. Very clean rooms .

I wish they would ad some sugar substitutes like Equal or Splenda in the rooms and restaurants and coffee shop because not everyone takes regular sugar.

Beautiful property, lots of beautiful views and close to all shopping. The restaurants and cafe in the hotel are some of the best in the city, and that’s what you can expect.

Getting to the room is a bit time consuming. To get to many of the rooms you have to go all the way up to the restaurant (Floor 27 I think), then walk through the restaurant, to elevators down to your room. We have stayed 3 times so this is not a one off.

The decor was amazing, the food outstanding and the hotel staff amazing!

It was a bit cumbersome having to traverse through the dining room to get to the elevators from the residence area.

Clean

Room is smaller than showing in wesite. Hot water kept changing to cold water. Bar area - lack of staffs , had to wait over 30 mins to get drinks

High floor, superb view of Khon Kaen that people don't get to see. We like the interior design, excellent staffs and generous space for us a group of friends to sit and talk in the cafe. The property is new so it is super clean and beautiful!

The logistics need to be majorly re-organized! We, a group of 8 people, checked in on the first floor, took elevator to the 27th, walked through the restaurant to change to another elevator to 22nd floor. The elevators were very modern, they had monitor outside to select the floor in advance but the monitor was not a user friendly as it took us a while to slide up to find 27 floor. The second time was better.Then in the evening we had dinner at its restaurant, roughly 1200 baht each, but the whole time people with their suitcases, flip-flops and noise walked pass us. We could not enjoy our peaceful time at all. This is such a a mistake!Another major mistake is the bathroom which occupied a large portion of the room. I happened to share my room with my friend in a twin room. If one of us using the bathroom, it blocks the whole portion of the bathroom, you can't walk in and our of the room without opening the bathroom door and see your friend in the shower. All my friends who stayed in the twin rooms complained about this, though we stayed only one night we survived okay.

Breakfast is excellent. The staffs at the breakfast is friendly and helpful.

Need to switch lifts to the room

It just opened this year, so the hotel is very new. The room is super comfortable. I love that all staffs are willing to help you at any places and any time!

You need to go the center lift to change to your room which is not comfortable at all.

Great experience. Staff is amazing. Great facilities. Breakfast and food were top notch. Attention to detail and helpfulness was next level. Our flight was in the evening so they allowed us to prorate the cost of the room for late check out as well as securing our bags to let us walk around before we flew.

The pool hours aren’t great, it would be nice to have evening swims past 5 o’clock. it’s a minor annoyance you have to go up to the restaurant then to another set of elevators to get to room. If I’m absolutely nitpicking, the breakfast was incredible, however the eggs Benedict were a disappointment both times.
