Bed is so comfortable and staffs are very nice.

Location is great, in the city but road to hotel is quite small.

Room is super clean and comfy. Breakfast is ok. Its near the park in a quiet area.

Staff could speak a little English or at least make an effort to communicate with non Thai tourists.

The bed was comfortable but this is the only good thing to say about the space.

The front desk energy felt aggressive and hostile, for this price point a cash deposit for the room key felt like an odd request. I was also called in the room prior to check out to ask when I would be checking out. Do yourself a favor and stay at a different property.

Room was very spacious, bed was very comfortable, staff was very kind, nice location, you can walk to the park, breakfast was looking good but very limited options for vegans, there are shops and other services nearby, very clean, modern design

Limited options for breakfast for vegans, I was hoping to see tofu everywhere.. but it's actually not that common

Breakfast was very good and staff helpful, room and bathroom clean and hotel has lockbox and elevator. Location was good because we like to walk and close to lake.

People were loud late at night and this could be heard through the door and walls.

We were satisfied with our stay. We found the outdorr area particularly beautiful with the small pond with the koi and the beautiful plants

The bed was not okay. It was very creaky wenn moving.

The restaurant only does breakfast now though there is reference to it in the hotel description as a restaurant. This is a significant lack...no place to sit in the evening for a meal or drinks

Breakfast was disappointing : egg choice with side sandwich and store bought bread with jam but no rice soup or fried rice option. instant coffee. No fruit of any kind not even fruit juice.Room poorly decorated, light bulb burned out so it was dark on one side of room. no table lamps, floor had not been properly cleaned. parking spaces limited.

I love the aesthetic of this hotel, it is very clean, and the outside area is beautiful. It is walking distance from a big park.

They had a cheap air freshener in the bathroom, which made the room smell so bad, also the air conditioner was off when I entered the room, and it was hot inside, lol I thought my girlfriend was going to put me in the dog house after that one. I was able to resolve the smell pretty quickly by opening the window, but they should really invest in better air fresheners, seems like a low cost solution because that cheap one smelled like bug spray, it's just unbecoming for a place that could be very romantic.
