Kitlada Hotel Udonthani

Clean and decent accommodations. Breakfast was ok. Need better variety in breakfast food. Balcony lights are poor didn’t work. AC worked great.

A bit far from everything.

The bed was fairly comfortable?

ac did not work properly, hdmi slot on the tv did not work, pillows were hard as a rock, shower was poor flow and very small, breakfast was not good.

DA and her Staff are very nice and helpful.

The Breakfast Buffet is Excellent but they need to keep the food warm.

Older hotel but nice, clean, comfortable bed. Large and varied breakfast buffet.

Would be nice if the fried eggs could be kept warm inside the air conditioned room.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. And staff were friendly and polite

The breakfast wasn't good and food wasn't too fresh and not a lot of varieties. Since I don't eat pork, there weren't chicken or beef served.

staff is nice and polite. She help us to call Tuk tuk for airport transfer. The room is big and clean. morning buffet is good enough.

clean, great breakfast and good service

Hotel has laundry facilities with good price.

Hoted didn'd supporting by generator. It was bad due to electricity suddently down in the earlier morning and we cannot do anything!!!

Stopped there before the rooms have been repainted all in all very good valueThe only thing its lacking is a kettle in rooms but thats minor

Staff were great, rooms a good size, balcony, big lobby.

The breakfast could improve as minimal fruits and little vegetarian option but staff listened when asked. Location not very centre

Good, clean hotel close to the airport. Perfect for a one night stay during a stopover. The breakfast buffet is simple but tasty.

The staff could put in a little bit more effort, we felt quite ignored.

Staff is friendly, the beds are super comfortable. really good value for the money. the breakfast was fine for me, it was mostly if not all Thai food. But it was good, don't expect a huge buffet at a resort, it was maybe 10-15 options. they had 2 kinds of juice and ice cold water. Honestly for a one night stay for myself, wife, and baby it was more than enough. Room had a balcony which you could smoke on that was nice. Food delivery is super easy with grab to this hotel.

It's not really close to anything walking distance. it's in a pocket of the city but we were fine with it.

we stayed to be close to the airport. very comfortable and spacious hotel room!

Bedroom and the hotel as a whole and cleanliness

Breakfast was more thai food and i am not used to it

Clean and comfortableGood and secure parking

Location - Although within the city it is too far away from the local shops and public transport. Guests should consider having their own transport

Very Nice stayExcellente room and very clean2 km to night marketGood breakfast

Helpful staff; not all spoke good English.

Except for toast with butter and eggs, there was no other Western food. Attendant was sleeping on the job.

We enjoyed the night at Kitlada Hotel, and very peaceful resting. Friendly housekeeping offered to help, I do appreciated that, just to hear the offering.

I think, the breakfast could use some fruits.

The breakfast

This place needed many things updated in the room. 1. For security purposes, the door is so old that it can not closed properly. 2. The sink faucet/ toilet seat fell off when touched. 3. No hand soap, no lotion, no small wash towels.4. Bad lighting in bathroom. Small tiny bugs every in the sink and on the dresser, crawled all over foods. 5. Bad smelled in the room. 6. Ripped bed sheets. Towels are pretty old. This hotel needed to update and fix many things inside and outside of the room. Remove the advertised rating that their hotel is a good place to stay.My experienced staying there was very poor.

A very clean and comfortable hotel in.a quiet location at a good price
