Nice, clean rooms. Excellent location. Breakfast was good.

It was fine.

The area was off the main road and across from a beautiful park with walking/jogging paths around a small lake and trails across to small islands in the lake. Due to the heat, people use the park in the early morning and at dusk. The hotel towers sit side by side so some rooms look out on other rooms and other rooms look out at the city. We did not specify but were in rooms with beautiful city views. A rooster breeder was located down below our rooms so there was a lot of crowing in the early mornings which I found pleasant but my spouse found annoying. We did not use the pool nor did anyone else as the rain came and went often so the season wasn’t amenable.

The room design was minimalist and the lighting all overhead and too bright. The shower cubicle is next to the bed. The sink space is open to the room. Only the toilet space had a door that closed but did not have its own individual light, it connected to other lights in the room. They did provide a flashlight which was useful for night trips to the toilet! The small closet had a few hangers but there were very few shelves and no hooks for hanging your clothes. The restaurant was only used for breakfast. Other times there was only room service which utilized a delivery service. There were restaurants nearby in walking distance.

At the price point, really good value. Friendly, helpful staff. Super comfy bed with enough pillows. Literally across the road from a lovely, big park. Big pool. Amazing coffee at breakfast.Will stay again if I visit Udon.

Small thing in the bathroom: very hard to get my hands in under the tap; it's too low. (Also, the little step into the bathroom can surprise some people.)

Location was OK room reasonable size. Shower was good with high water pressure.

Next to a cock fighting training centre so in the middle of the city you are woken by a cockerel. No western food available at breakfast apart from toast and jam. Plenty of Thai food but an International Standard Hotel should cater to International guests.

The room size

Daily house keeper did not clean the room properly( the coffee mug and glass are dirty . Not provided toiletries enough even we decided to extend our stay.

Nice hotell, good service from Staff. And near the lake, for Nice evening Walks.

It was comfortable and satisfactory.

Poor quality for breakfast. Very limited. I requested tea bags in room and had to ask again 12 hours later. Th general facilities need sharpening up.

Great location on nong prajak. Rooms are good and spacious. Breakfast is good enough and lady you can request for scrambled eggs or toast if you don't want Thai food.

Swimming pool hadn't been cleaned so could not use it.

The breakfast choices were almost the same everyday (but clean and delicious).

The staff were very friendly and tried to help but didn't seem to know much about getting a taxi (suggested we use Grab app) or hiring a scooter. The room was spacious and comfortable and basic cleaning done, any shelving above chest height was very dusty. The hotel was well positioned for walks around the lake with a few restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. The central city was beyond walking distance.

There was no room service, the restaurant was closed and breakfast was the only available meal.The pool area had no seating or lounges, the water was a bit clouded and tiles were missing around the edging.The hotel in general seemed tired and in need of sprucing up, maybe due to lack of patronage during covid.

The Sofa was very dirty inside, food particles were everywhere. hotel is rundown and the cost is high for an place this quality.

The breakfast was reasonable.

The air conditioning kept going off and had to be reset and it was noisy and the temperature control wasn't accurate.

My stayed was 2nd fl. and when i open the window my neighbour view window to window was right there, that was the last thing i ever want. I have been requested to have some other higher but the receeptionist cfm there are fully booked.. but seem like nobody there, HELLO ? However, this place fair for the prices with limited with breakfast line. Fit for stay short period.
