Holiday Inn Dabrowa Gornicza By IHG

Very good service from staff and a very clean hotel. Excellent breakfast!

Everything was great!

Great location, the aquapark nearby (you can see it from the window), nice, new, very comfy and big rooms.

Location was great. Staff very friendly. Restaurant served delicious food in the evening. Spacious and clean rooms. We had everything we needed.

Gym should be open 24/7.

Very Clean amazing guys on reception 100% helpful

Brand new tip top

Comfortable really for a short stay is perfect.

The bar area could be better, warmer designed, busier for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel - an impressive atmosphere, very clean and well-designed rooms with very good facilities and comforts in them. The location is very central - in the heart of the park and close to the railway station, the attractions, and the shopping centre. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent and versatile - a lot of different food and drinks will satisfy even picky eaters. Although the property is on the expensive side, the comfort and the ambience are worth what you pay.

Nothing at all

The location was far outside the town, remote and not near any shops or restaurants. That was a downside.

Location

Nice, clean and functional hotel. Very helpful front desk personnel. Good panorama from the room window. Good breakfast.

Breakfast serving personnel a bit noisy in their private conversations.

Good location, big comfort rooms, excellent resturantcand bar.Direct connection to the pool center.

All perfect

Great location.very helpful freindly staff.big size room.

clean, modern hotel. good location

small place for breakfest. For such big hotel is not enogh I guess.

Convenient location, all facilities easily accessible. Staff was friendly and professional.

Staff were helpful and room was quite and well organised. Good sound isolation.

Wifi could have been better

We were there only for a short time so we didn't have the chance to check the facilities. The rooms were superb. Quiet, comfortable and with good curtains to allow us to sleep late :) We saw a nice waterpark outside, but didn't have the chance to try it out.

It's a bit far from Katowice airport - about 30 minute ride, but we knew that before, so it's not really a complaint. Just a heads up.

Breakfast was good, with ample choices given the budget. Room were clean and larger than i was expecting, may be because we were upgraded to Executive rooms. Kids bed was comfortable and good size

Dining in the restaurant was not a good experience. It took around 2 hrs to get served, which any means is not acceptable. Even kids minor dishes took as long. In the end the quality of food was good, just the wait time and whole experience around it was well below par.It just so happened the bar on the top floor was not open in the tenor we visited, so not was there to choose from. Given this is in a relatively small town and not exactly in the town canter, there were any options

bed was comfortable.

I had to pay for parking my car at hotel. This was never stated in the booking on Booking.com. it was a surprise to the booking at the time of Checkin late at night. I didn’t like the smell of trash left in the hallway. The cleaning service woke me up at 8am by the sounds of door slamming while cleaning in the room next to mine. The water park below my room was loud all day. The customer service was minimal. The people working at the desk were not overly friendly. I will never stay at a holiday inn again. It was not worth the cost of reservation. I worked for holiday inn several years ago, and I know it could do better than this.

Room was fine and hotel has good facilities.

The breakfast was good but it was hard to have hot water and somehow it could be cleaner. The hotel overall was fine but you always need a taxi to move.

Very comfortable modern hotel, friendly and helpful staff, pets are welcome, the hotel is adjacent to a large maintained park. The hotel restaurant is worth a visit, offering gastronomy at a high level at affordable prices.

Good

No jugurt to breakfast, room was not cleaned, repeated Wi-Fi interruptions

Nice facility, polite staff, clean room.
