Sauna was off so we couldn't use it in the morning, packed lunch wasn't ready before we left the hotel, the silicone in the shower was yellow, the cleaner didn't clean the room throughout our stay at all, bottled water was disgusting, no ironing board in the room, renovations going on in the hotel at 8am making it hard to relax, very flat used pillows, AC mouldy and didn't work

The location was perfect for me: in between the place I’ve attended and the main railway station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I was notified in advance about party at the hotel at one night of my stay and it wasn’t actually a bother for me. The breakfast was ok at first morning and good on the next one. The room was clean. The restaurant at the hotel looks nice with a big selection of wines, you can also try there some Polish wines. And there is a welcome drink: a glass of lemonade or Prosecco - this is a nice touch!

There is no mosquito net on the window and the window was open when I got into the room, so I had to get rid of one fly, then have a window closed to avoid another “guests”. The fan in the bathroom is noisy and the bathroom itself is really small. The hair dryer is old and almost useless. And I think shower holder needs a replacement.

Breakfast and location were excellent. The staff was very hospitable. Def recommend staying here. Price was reasonable for the property. Would stay here again!

Had to change rooms because there was a leak in the A/C. Nothing serious but was accommodated very quickly and it was no problem at all.

Very clean and modern place, the restaurant has good food. The staff was helpful and flexible on the check-out time. I really liked my short stay :)

Breakfast was amazing. Superb quality and selection. Probably the best breakfast in a hotel i have ever stayed at. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable.

The fitness center was a little sparse on equipment. could have used a bench and a few more weights. Sauna was in the middle of the small fitness center but was not turned on and i couldn't find instructions on how to turn it on. Not sure how long it would take to heat up from a cold start. Kind of a weird setup as you would be staring at people working out if you were using it or they would be staring at you because of the glass front. They should find a different location for it and have set hours for using it where it is already warmed up.

Everything was working well, tv, shower etc.

Noise, from early morning until late evening there was some ventilation working really loud and even with the windows closed I could hear it clearly.

The room is clean.

In the bathroom, water flows from the sink drain onto the floor. Very uncomfortable shower stall without doors. When you wash, water splashes all over the bathroom. There is no kettle in the room, no shoe horn.Very unfriendly staff. They don't even respond to greetings.

Missing at list water boiler for coffee or tea in the room.

They had a technical problem with heat and hot water on the last day we stayed.

Breakfast was good, as welll as the restaurant.

Beds were not very confortable.

High price for a small room

Initially we had an issue with our room because the bathroom wasn’t really clean. But the very nice lady at the front desk sorted it out immediately. We got another room which was perfectly fine. Mistakes happen and that’s okay, what is important is how you handle it and the hotel handled it great. I recommend staying here!

Spacious room, modern hotel and tasty breakfast

The rooms were far from being soundproof, you could hear people talking in the corridor or super noisy water pipes when someone in the neighbouring room was having a shower, waking up at 6 am was not fun.

Hotel is new. Restaurant located at the hotel offers good meals. Staff was friendly.
