Pros +
- The staff in the restaurant are very kind and helpful. But my experience with the front desk staff was unwelcoming and unfriendly
Cons -
- Frequent power interruption. The elevator not functioning at least twice a day. One had to climb 11 floors to access their room. They should separate elevators for hotel resident guests and visitors to the restaurant on the 13th floor.
- The room smells and has poor ventilation. It has verrrrry LOAD music that it is very disturbing even if you lock everything in your room. The price for the kind of accommodation this hotel provides is far too high.
