Pros +
- I like the service workers at the hotel, family and who works the night shift, they were very friendly and informative. There were also other men that I forgot their names, the ladies at check in desk were very professional as well
- The staff very welcoming as well as the room was specious and clean
- People - especially - the concierge were very good!
Cons -
- I have no complaints if any it would be the portion size of the meals at the restaurant are quite small but that seems to be cultural across the board.

Location is great. The Brazilian restaurant is amazing!the staff are the best. We forgot our pouch of jewelry in the room when we checked out and two days later found it safely kept for us the housekeeping crew! Now that was unbelievable! I love Ramada!
