Comfortable stay and the staff were polite. I forgot few of my belongings mistakenly . However, they called me to collect them.. till then I didn’t even know that I forgot them there . Overall good experience.. Stay and area and staff all good

Clean bedsheets, clean bathroom, good wifi, nice staff

Location is good

Breakfast shall be within the hotel. Breakfast was brought from outside

Location

WiFi wasn’t working most of the time. There was a water leakage in the toilet which took a long time to fix Food service took an extremely long time but got better

The only thing is location..it is the only thing i liked about the hotel.

No hot water in our room the TV is not working.. the room is bad-smelling..no complementary breakfast

i stay here regularly , excellent location, good traiff, excellent staff, clean and neat

Good

No room boy attended, no veg restaurant, went out side for food. except room there are no other facilities.

Descent and clean room.

In spite of my late check in in the night, they don't allow me to do late check out.Restaurant service is not up to the mark.

Personal Experience with fab

Had a Booking for 23rd till 24th 11am. As I checked in in the morning on 24th around 6am and my return train ticket was at 3pm , I requested for extension of checkout time till 2pm. With lot of arguments they finally agreed till 1pm after speaking to the higher-ups.( Reason was fab doesn't permit ). I think it's better to stay away from fab if they are not accommodative with such requests atleast when there is no busy Booking for the following dates.

Good

Online they said including breakfastThen they said because they gave good roomThey can't provide breakfast

Good location spacious rooms breakfast was good

Room was comfortable. The staff are very nice. I would like to stay again if needed.

Room service and polite attitude of the staff.

The hotel was great. Luxurious rooms and bathrooms. Geyser, AC, even TV channels were working. Food and facilities were great. The staff were polite and good. There is a car parking space available. It's a ramp up stop but it's a good place for that.

1. There is a bar and restaurant next to the hotel. A lot of talking and moving sounds were coming from the outside.2. Hotel has a strict 12 pm check in and 11 am checkout.

Stayed in room number 401. It was spacious and clean room. Air conditioner and geyser are in good condition. Bath room have enough space. Location is ten minutes from train station and bus stand. There are a lot of eateries nearby. Overall a good stay.

There is a problem with booking.com and this hotel. After booking in booking.com, they start to send whatsapp messages for sending money through their links. Otherwise room may cancell. The information and price displayed in booking.com and their demands are not matching. I booked breakfast including room but they refused to give. They want to pay 100 more. I show them my booking then they served 2 idly and chatny. That was a disappointed experience.

Simple clean value for money accommodation, friendly and cooperative staff

Smoking of guests on the floor of hotel going into my room but reception reacted immediately. No restaurant inside the hotel.

We did not have breakfast at the hotel but there is a good vegetarian restaurant across the street which is good. It is called Kakinada Subbaiah gari hotel

Bathrooms can be little bit more cleaner.

I really loved the staff and their hospitality. Especially the efforts from Jilani even we didn’t had a right check-in, check-out he helped us with process smoothly and helped us to stay for 2 days. Thank you Jilani ❤️
