Food and room cleanliness
No window in mh roo after paying 5800 bucks
Need improvement in bathfittings, horrible working condition, food satisfactory level only
The people were pleasant, the smells and scenes not so pleasant.
Smelly women’s washroom outside the Crystal Ball Room, an unfresh feeling in room and stained bed sheets. Certainly not the standard one would expect from the ITC brand.
Very comfortable room. Excellent staff. Good food. Quick room service. Check in very swift.
It is a near hotel at a good location. Being an ITC brand was the attraction.
The restaurants were boring. There wasn’t much choice. The one with bar was dark and dingy. So we preferred to go out and eat. The price was too high for that level of hotel.
Food was very good.Good locationRoom was cleanService was goodOnly issue was with the tap in wash room was not getting closed properlyOverall we had a good stay
Location is good, breakfast is also nice. The rooms were clean.
More or less looked like business hotel. Eating options and other facilities are missing for families.
I could not stay more due to urgency, but it is perfectly a wonderful.
