Breakfast was not supplied.The tea ordered came in small paper cups & took a lot of time

The entrance was deplorable...the sheets were not clean

The hotel does not even have a small pantry for serving tea or coffee which is normally bought from outside street vendors by the staff and who have to be tipped for a minimum Rs 10 to Rs 20 while ordering for tea, breakfast, lunch, etc

Only the price was decent and when we booked other rooms, the hotel charged us extra for other room. Almost quoted 1500 per room as one of them came early to do early check-in

The rooms were shabby, walls are broken, washrooms are dirty with pigeons shit in the fans. No fresh bedsheets or blankets. The bed sheets were stained with some blood marks in one room and other room, they were torn. The lift is dirty. the floor is dirty with marks and cracks. Hygiene is very bad. Please remove this hotel from booking.com as this is horrible and no proper maintenaince.

Rooms are not at all clean, bathroom has low lighting, they have said that the hotel has free wifi but no wifi is there. No power backup and if the power goes no ventilation at all for few rooms

As we have booked 2 A/c roomThey hay denied to provide A/c roomsAfter an argument they just provided 1 A/c room and 1 non A/c room. Even We booked for 2A/c rooms Room was unclean And bathroom are so dirtyyIt is difficult to stay in the room

the room condition what you see in photo is is not realistic. The rooms are like living in slum, extreamly not hygiene, insects roaming allround.

The nicest services in the rooms are a desk given to us, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV.

The online portal is very handy and the team assists very promptly. I was searching for the hotel online and got to book it very easily.

I was very pleased with my stay. Courteous staff, good ambience Nice clean hotel with great responsive staff. Had a beautiful big room, Good interior.

Reception area is in the cellar and steep ramp to approach it is very bad and even dangerous to senior citizens like us, room is poor in cleanliness, staff very indifferent, no blankets on the beds so that we cannot use A/C at night, no hot water to bath even during early morning and we were forced to take bath using cold water, water from bathroom was flooding the main room after completely soaking the doormat, tariff stated in booking.com was Rs. 980/- per night but they charged Rs. 1347/- (including the advance of Rs 243/- paid online to confirm booking). I strongly advise against booking this property.

The bed was soft, the pillows were fluffy. It was very nice experience. room and bathroom was clean, staff was very polite and cooperative.

It was worst experience with booking.com , this web site suggesting such low grade hotels, this hotel doesn't provide basic facilities, they want only money to be paid at the time of check in, this hotel doesn't provide toiletries, AC & TV were not working only for decorative purpose, informed repeatedly , but of not use, got room on 4thfloor and entire night was lot of disturbance of movement of people and lift makes big noise.Don't get impress with the images shared in this website, they are all very old images.May be 4-5 years old.Booking.com it was really surprise that you organization is suggesting such below standard hotels.
