What seen in Photo and actual is not matchingToo tight on Check in Check out hours no flexibility and paid Rs 1000 extra for early check in though did not stay for night there

Room ambience for the overall price and the complimentary breakfast was too good

No options in breakfast and it seems we won't be entitled for it if we are not present when they bring it. Not a big deal but demonstrates unhealthy attitude towards Cust service.

Property was well maintained in a prime location and easy to access from prominent parts of the city.

Everything else was great except for the Free Breakfast option, that was not the free breakfast option expected. Free breakfast was brought from some local places without any hygienic conditions. Considering the price for the pay I wouldn’t comment on the breakfast but it would be satisfying if the stay didn’t mentioned free breakfast. Free breakfast option is differently expected like in-house kitchen or restaurant serving with multiple options but not like this hotel served which served some 30 rupees road side cart breakfast delivered to the room.

Delay in check in .I waited for 30 mins

The hotel was fine with tidy rooms and basic amenities. The staff was friendly, though the service was average. Convenient location for plans.

The heater was not working.No proper room service and breafsast was very limited.

Nearest to all major places like temple , railway station, shopping centers.

Doesn't match the pictures of room as shown in the app. Amenities also not good , blankets are foul smell . No chai or coffee in the breakfast. In app it was written KING side bed but it was not.

Only breakfast and staff give coffee when we request.

There are cockroaches and washrooms are not clean, water is always stuck in both the rooms. Room cleaning is not done on time and no proper cleaning. Maid asks for money even after improper cleaning. Asks for money during check out. Staff comes inside room which is not a good manners, we miss pur privacy. They charge very high amount for the lack of facilities and unhygienic room. No hot water too.

The electrical appliances like tv, heater were not working. There is no restaurant and they get food from outside. No drinking water.

Force of Water in bathroom was slow

Great location railway station and Bus stand nearby spotlessly clean room and well maintained washroom good speed WiFi connection tasty breakfast served

Rooms had mosquitoes, room service was pathetic..only one bottle of water per room, no hot water in bathrooms. Don't trust their breakfast included option. They give idly and mysore bonda packets per each room and it's not a buffet breakfast type.. they are playing with the customers giving false amenities in the website.. worst stay.
