Hotel SK Riverfront

Excellent stay. Manager of this hotel was very polite and attentive with a smiley faceHouse Keeping is perfect, neat and clean. Hotel located very nearer to Kanaga Durga Temple. Room service is excellent. Memorable stay at Hotel SK Riverfront. We prefer this hotel to everyone as it's is in pleasant location. Restaurant is attached with the Hotel. Also many Tiffin centres are there near this Hotel. We will definitely prefer this hotel during our next visit to Vijayawada as well. We stayed very comfortably. All the best to the entire team of the Hotel S K Riverfront.

It’s closer to temple

Security staff was very rude with us. My mom who is 60 years old sitting outside after checking out of the room and waiting for the cab. She started being very rude and disrespectful to us. Just because we were sitting and waiting for can for 5 mins

Location of the property is excellent. Staff are very coordial. Local market is walkable and many food options are available.

I recently stayed at this hotel near the Kanaka Durga Temple. This is probably the best hotel you can get in this area.On the positive side, the room was very spacious, and the beds were clean and comfortable. Hot water was available 24 hours a day, and they provided all the necessary toiletries, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the service was generally good.

On the negative side they didn't offer sugarless tea, and their tea was machine-made, the walls aren't sound proof we could easily hear noises from lobby late in night or early morning. Most importantly, the air conditioner was very weak and did not cool the room adequately, luckily it is monsoon so we managed otherwise it would be horrible in summers.Additionally, there was no kettle in the room or full length cupboards with hangers which I expect a hotel charging 1700 per night to provide and the towels were dirty and old which needs to be replaced immediately.I would stay again at this place though because it is probably the best amongst budget rooms in this area.

Wi-Fi not in all areas of suit, only in front room. Which caused inconvenience to work

Breakfast is normal though, it can be better, but the best part of my stay was hospitality. Simply the best i have received till date from staying around the world. Very courteous staff and special mention of the manager Mr. Raja, a very generous, honest and courteous person.

The hotel can look at keeping the rooms bit more cleaner though after pointing out, the excellent staff immediately cleaned the rooms.

The location is very good, main temples are nearby. The breakfast served was very good.

The staff was very good and polite but there was a late response from the reception when I asked for room cleaning, it's not a negative comment but would have done faster.

I tried to check in with speed. But even after completing payment, they have told me wait due to their own issues with lock & room boy. Wait time was about 15 minutes.

The room boys bought Street food .. asked for pure veg they bought egg biryani delayed for one onhr

Tea/coffee not available before 7.30am . Those who want to go out early morning ,Tea/coffee facility not available. So could be placed tea kettle with teabags coffee pouch etc in each room

Overall my stay at this facility is highly unsatisfactory. To start with bed sheets and pillow covers were pretty much in soiled state. Looks as if they were reused after last occupancy. Found a couple of BLOOD STAINS on the bed. Midnight power failure occurred in our room where as other rooms had power. We were provided with another room and had to shift during midnight. Breakfast was included in the price; but strangely they procured our breakfast from outside. Took more than one hour to provide the ordered breakfast. It was delivered at around 9.00 am while we were checking out. For 3 star category here they were reusing the bed sheets and very strongly suspect that they are not cleaning after being used. Most importantly the BLOOD STAINS in the bedsheets is the most important concern and power failure during the night and shifting to another room during midnight are enough reasons for not at all being satisfactory. BLOOD STAINS on the blankets leads me to suspect about commitment of the facility management here.I booked this reservation through Booking.com. In view of seriousness of the inconvenience caused to us and as a good will expect the facility management or Booking.com to arrange for complete refund of the amount paid. Anything less than the full refund will not satisfy me. Thank you.
