Because of online booking, their response was very bad. On the online site I had selected deluxe triple room, but they gave double room. So we were very much disappointed and went to the nearest hotel which was very nice.

Only the location.

Who would like cockroaches in the bed, bad staff, no courtesy, over charging than booked amount

Very worst hotel. The staffs were very harsh and reception person was very harsh. They literally cheated us . We booked in booking.com and we checked in at 11pm and we asked about chekout next day till 11pm they said ok but morning while we went for temple they called and asked to vacate the room by 11 am in morning saying that the booking is only frm 12-12 noon . They cheated us . Waste of money. Never ever go to this hotel with your family.

Don’t recommend this hotel for night stay because no security

No parking for vehicles. And that they asked to park on side of the road . They said that it was safe . But it isn’t safe my car headlight washers was missing. Someone robbed it. Management was not answering for that .

Nice hotel to stay at a reasonable rate near the railway station with all amenities.

NilNothing negative to say about the lodge. Nothing to mention bad remarks on it. Disturbance near the hotel because of the crowd because tea shoots & meals & tiffin hotels. No other things to mention.

We have reserved from Booking.com and when we went there, hotel people stated that for this price we can't provide accommodation and booking.com is not know the prices here.And then they have charged Rs. 1500 per day by not considering reserved booking.

as said above. We are travelled from Hyd to Vij on that night and early morning we wanted to take some rest and start our day. But these hotel people were disturbed such a way that booking.com is waste for hotel bookings.

Very Near to Railway station. Walkable distance. Adjacent restaurant is available.A kind of central location too. Cost was affordable.

When I was booked for 3members it shows to be paid is 1100 but when I reach the hotel they charged 1500.

Staff they charged extra and rude. We reached hotel at 2am. And staff was rude and asking to go out and find room somewhere else because I denied to pay extra price. At last I paid extra money which was discounted by Ola.

No breakfast , poor location

should have kept the commitment and i will blame full on OYO as for the last consecutive 3 booking in the last 2 years gave the same reply at the point of arrival " SORRY UR BOOKING WAS CANCELLED THEREFORE RATES ARE DOUBLED ". Very ugly and unethical trade practise .

Bed are small and jointly added manually one on top and side way they are falling apart

The reception desk failed to honor the booking.com rates. The rate at which I booked it was Rs 728. The receptionist stated the rate of booking.com isn't applicable at the hotel. He the asked for Rs 1300, almost double. How is that fair? The reception staff was extremely rude too. Piss poor pathetic hotel.

I like the accommodation ambiance and comfort in the room.

The way the staff of the hotel handling the customers was not good People have been coming there from long distance they are not giving accommodation before the check in time they are asking to book directly there itself and giving reply to customers was in a harsh manner ridiculous apart from that everything was ok

It was near in the prime location

We book the room at 12pm 29/05/2023.. and we got a booking confirmation also. But when I was reaching there, that time was 29/05/23, 21.45 pm. They told me no room, please get out. I'm showing my booking confirmation message, it's not used in one rupee. I feel very very ashame front of my wife. What is the truth actually, hotel's in not control in Oyo. That's the fact. But I was very lucky, the same time, one person vacat the room, so, the hotel receptionist was told me, dirt fellows, wait there in 20 mins, we will try to give the room, but only cash and phone pay. Credit card is not accepting ., My booking time 29/05/23. And I got a message for if not reached, are no show, the hotel person will be detected full amount in my credit card. But when I was reaching there 29/05/23, 21.45 pm, there is not available in single room. Thanks for your great service ?‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍??‍?

There is nothing to like about there .. they said rooms already sold out when we reached there . We have not checked in even .

Why you all are still entertaining this hotel when I have seen complaints about it denying stay by many people .

They did not accept my booking & asking for extra charges approx. 1350/-. I call Customer care but they are unable to help me. Also, the reception desk denied to talk with customer care. Please remove this Hotel from Boking& OYO site. They are doing harassments to customers.

Room is ok but behavior of the staff in this hotel is very worst.

I booking for 2 days from booking .com. And paid the money but When I reach in the hotel they are not accept my booking and tell me to paid extra money otherwise they don't provide any room to me. They are doing very vulgar behavior.
