Capital O RR Towers by CJ

Room size, facility like hot water, foods delivery available, passable

Hotels room are not cleaning everyday. Bedsheet and blanket are too old type...then shown in images while booking are wrong...Towels are also too old and already used...foods are not available nearby 3km... smoking in the hall - smell to everywhere..

I feel, my needs were met- comfortable bed, fan (though A/C is available ij the room, I dis not uae it), TV, Wifi, huge storage area, Clean bathroom and WC. The staff at the reception were good and polite.

A soap in the bathroom would have been better.

The room was spacious and had a clean ambiance. attentive staff of room service and front desk. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Thanks

All the staff was well trained and polite. they are very supportive very good staff services is nice and i was feel good to visit in this hotel Loved it.Hotel room is big bed is good bathrom was clean Safe Hotel

Location.

I was given a room, whose bathroom door did not had handle, the bathroom window was wide open. Mosquitos kept coming inside the room and doesn't feel safe, because anyone can enter through the window anytime, so their was no privacy. Anyone can look into the bathroom. The floor was also not clean. I didn't find any soap or towel in the bathroom.

Bathroom were clean. Bed and Pillow are clean. The room was decent and comfortable. Highly recommended. The stay was very much comfortable. Excellent location

Everything was good

Overall good hotel with nice ambience. Service was really quick. Cleanliness maintaining nicely. Good and polite staff. Highly recommended.

Everything was good

Its not a family room

Everything.. It was like a pr*stitution kind of room.. They used it like hell and the management did not care about cleaning. When i asked about maintenance they gave me the same reason like "People will come and use room for 2 hours. What a joke.

LOBBY AND BALCONY ATTACHED TO THE ROOM...

WATER BOTTLES WERE SELLING MORE THAN MRP.

Well maintained, rooms are very nice, affordable price, no doubet for family stay. I stayed with my family .

Allocation of rooms, don't merge rooms for couple and family in a single flour.

The location is good. . The staff is good and helpful.

The property is poorly maintained at all. The sheets have turned themselves into yellow from white. No dustbin in roomThe washroom was sticking. No side tables.

Rooms are Good and Clean I felt some smaller than I expected Reception staff is good Room service by Tirupati (Room Boy) is good,Toilet is GoodNice Balcony Nice Roof top area to chill View from Balcony is too good Nice Food options are near by here

But the problem with daily cleaning service They are not serious in their workWe stayed here for 3 days only one they cleaned the room and changed the blankets, That's the only one drawback
